Pros:

The location was perfect, close to all the activities we were doing! Including the canopy tour, skyline and bunny mini golf! The staff were friendly and check in was super easy. Room was tidy and comfortable had all amenities we needed. Thanks heaps!

Some refurbishment could help
Pros:

The beds, the cleaning staff was professional and friendly.

Cons:

There weren't enough toiletries for three people. The cleaning only included the cutlery and the plates/glasses and change of towels. They didn't make the beds. Also there were a few sauce stains on the curtains, inside the drawer under the bathroom sink there was a huge unidentified stain.

Great location, comfortable rooms, heated pool.
Pros:

Newina Rotorua is very close to everything you would want to see and do, the facilities were perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Everything felt new, the pool was a perfect temperature and we used it every night. Big shout out to the lovely cleaning staff who let us put the baby down for her nap but ran to get us everything we needed for the day so we weren’t disturbed. More than enough towels comfortable beds and the rooms were a comfortable temperature for autumn. Highly recommend staying here especially as a family.

Hot pool luxury!
Pros:

Nice bubbly hot tub, heated pool & great laundry facilities! Excellent location too as the shops and restaurants are just around the corner.
