Visiting rotorua 💫
Pros:

Perfect stay! Comfortable beds, large size room for us with two queen beds, kitchen and bathroom . Across the road gas stations, Wollies, maccas etc
There's also a pool, so warm! Perfect swimming in this cold weather 🌦️ laundry facilities too! Car space with the room , seems safe no one but visitors around. Receptionist was nice and helpful 🦋

Stay at Newina
Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable both my daughter and I were feeling the itch at night and then today my daughter had bite marks. Please do not give the excuse that it might have come from playfields or something as we did not go to any suj place.
I checked in on Saturday the 4th and d lady at the reception was not friendly to communicate at all.it was like a task to ask them for pool towels. Also there was no milk in the fridge, my son went to ask for milk and they said they only give for first day (we only stayed for 1 nignt) and they did not give it then my husband went to get the milk for breakfast and then we got it..

Excellent I would like to stay again maybe a family room next time.
Pros:

It’s very clean and close to a lot of amenities. Very comfortable rooms and I really like how spacious the bathrooms are.

Cons:

The heated pool , was very tidy.

Fantastic place to stay in Rotorua
Pros:

Great room, excellent comfortable bed, Loved the private spa pool., beautiful bathroom, with bathtub and shower over bath. Very clean and tidy. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Sky movies. Supermarket across the road. Couldn't here road noise. Rooms warm without the aircon needing to be on. Very modern and close to where I needed to be. 100% going back.

Pros:

Good location with free parking outside the room. Kitchenette was also a bonus.

Cons:

Bed was comfortable but the pillows werent. I found someone's hair clip on the ground which suggested the room hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as I'd hope.
