Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The gardens and surroundings were peaceful and stunning. The location was excellent, and every detail made our stay unforgettable. A very special thank you to Star, the administrator, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Star went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hospitality was truly outstanding.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful hotel. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. Chen was amazing and so was our waitress at dinner and breakfast this morning.

Exceptional
Pros:

Beautiful Lodge set in lovely spacious grounds and excellent facilities. This was our second stay in a week as our first was so good. Star was an amazing host as was her colleagues. Their attentiveness and friendly professional service was much appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional - complements to the breakfast staff and chef. We will be back.

The hands down best hospitality staff, interesting spot with some quirks
Pros:

the staff were the best staff I think I've ever come across. They were unbelievably welcoming. I thought they really did well for such a packed venue too. Breakfast had great options and was delicious. Very much enjoyed the billard room - unusual addition to a space but v cool

Cons:

There's a few random things like doors behind towel rails with attic-esq storage rooms that we found a bit creepy. I also think the windows could use an upgrade to stop weeping with condensation. I think for the price, I maybe expected a little more?? I'll be honest, I low key think the place is haunted. Might be for you, but wasn't for me this time.

Quirky, opulent and personal ❤️
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite with excellent facilities and leading out onto the pool, sauna and spa. The bathroom was wonderfully outfitted with a heated floor. The main house was lovely and the artwork featuring local artists made it interesting and personal. The grounds were extensive and had some quirky elements. In all we couldn’t have stayed anywhere more fantastic.

Cons:

Dinner was a set menu, some more options would have made it more appealing to eat in-house for dinner each night.

Cosy, comfortable & peaceful
Pros:

Still close to town, yet feels secluded. It is cosy, comfortable and peaceful and has all the amenities you could need. We loved walking and listening to the bird songs of the morning and enjoying them throughout the day. Everything about the property is beautiful.
Upon arrival staff are welcoming and so very helpful. Even more so over our entire stay, more than willing to provide or assist with any request we had, making our stay feel extra special. Meals at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast were always of high quality. Thank you to everyone at Hana Lodge making our stay amazing.
