Pros:

Die Lage zwar super, online Check in hat prima geklappt, Zimmer war sauber

Cons:

Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl ich es gebucht und bezahlt habe....kein Mensch war zu sehen, alles abgeschlossen und verlassen.
Wenn Ferien sind, ist das kein Problem, aber dann möchte ich das vorher wissen und nicht Frühstück inklusive buchen und dann ist tote Hose - sehr ärgerlich!!!

Hôtel sans accueil personnalisé. Tu reçois un code et tu te débrouilles pour trouver ta chambre. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était fermé mais le petit déjeuner servi par une employée sur place. Bon c‘est pas trop cher mais ça reste basic

Hôtel correct mais procédure self-checking non fonctionnelle en demandant le code sur adresse mail

Cons:

pas possible de faire le self checking en choisissant de recevoir le code par mail. J'ai passé 15 minutes à remplir les formulaires et chaque foi il était indiqué qu'il manquait des informations, alors que j'avais scrupuleusement rempli les infos. Après 15 minutes j'ai essayé l'option de recevoir le code par WhatsApp et là tout a fonctionné sans devoir remplir de formulaires. Ensuite j'étais devant la porte principale marquée Eintritt, mais sans possibilité de donner son code. Finalement j'ai trouvé une porte non visible depuis le devant de l'hôtel qui avait un lecteur de code de type très obsolète. Il n'était pas non plus indiqué que le restaurant était fermé (un vendredi)!

Naja.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war schlicht, das Brot sehr lecker und der Service gut. Zimmer und Bad waren in sehr gutem Zustand.

Cons:

Mit dem Schlüsselcode kam ich nicht ins Haus und war auf andere Gäste angewiesen. Auf meine Nachfragen (Tel. + Mail) wurde nicht reagiert. Der Föhn funktionierte nicht.
