Öncelikle Hakan Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim.Kendimizi asla yabancı gibi hissetmedik inanılmaz yardımcı oldu bize.Konumu tren istasyonuna çok yakın odamızdan Matterhorn manzarasıyla uyanmak çok güzeldi.Otel oldukça temiz.Dışarıda kar varken havuz keyfi süperdi.
Sadece oda biraz küçüktü bir de kahvaltıda daha fazla seçenek olabilir.
The room was excellent with a fireplace (gas) and a nice sofa. The brasserie was also lovely and the ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly. The hotel is not close to the ski lifts but doable (not ski in & out)
Location was fabulous so close so the train station and we had the family suite of two rooms which was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Really good quality finish and very new and exceptionally clean.
Minor but some milks for the tea/coffee would have been nice. Otherwise it was simply exceptional.

The threshold into the room has a small ledge that can cause you to trip.

Hotel bien reformado muy cerca de la estacion de tren de Zermatt pero lejos del Sunnega para subir a pistas asi como de la vida nocturna restaurantes y pubs/disco. Servivio muy amable , instalaciones muy correctas , habitacion muy muy grande para ser estacion de esqui y mobiliaro moderno. Desayuno excepcionalmete bueno por calidad de la cocina y del servicio. Un poco caro al tener una localizacion optima
The property and our room were sparking clean, the staff was very helpful and quick to respond, location is very convenient as it is close to the train station and only a short walk to the center.

Cleaning of the rooms wasn’t efficient in the day and the restaurant in the day was slow service.
Perfect place to stay. Romantic 5 days. Fire in fireplace at night. Pool, spa -- all reasonably priced. Come for the Mountain, stay for the breakfast. LOVELY
