Our stay was exceptional!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here more than four times, and the property never disappoints! We especially love how clean and well-maintained it is, along with the peaceful, serene, and Zen-like atmosphere that makes every stay so relaxing. 🤍

A special mention to our housekeeper, Elizabeth, who attended to our room, 4204. She did an excellent job and had such wonderful attention to detail. Her care and effort definitely added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Cons:

Nothing really! The only minor thing was that one of the reception staff during check-in seemed a little standoffish or perhaps just tired. However, it was nothing significant and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Great stay in Nairobi!
Pros:

Beautiful room, beautiful hotel, beautiful service.

Cons:

Location is maybe a little further out of the way (10 minutes) but not really an issue! It’s beautiful and spacious.

There was a group party with incredible noise after 11pm that we rang the front desk several times with little effect. It was a long night without great sleep
