Money stolen in room, management is ghosting my e-mails on the topic.
Cons:

Money stolen in my room. Management indicated they would investigate the matter. They reached out after I left to offer to re-credit the stolen amount on my card. No money received to date, and all my emails are left unanswered. Do not recommend.

Zwei tolle Tage in Nairobi in einem hervorragendem Hotel!
Pros:

Frühstück war excellent und wurde auch für "Langschläfer" bis 10:30 serviert! Und das Hotel liegt sehr centrumsnah und ist doch nicht so ein typisches Hotel-Hochhaus, wie es in Nairobi viele gibt! Endlich mal kein!!!! gläsener Innenaufzug!

Cons:

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, damit meine Frau dort eine Zigarette rauchen kann. Beim einchecken sagte man uns, das das verboten sei...?! Auch auf dem Balkon!

From the moment you arrive, nothing matches what was promised they mislead guests with false advertising, exaggerated descriptions, and empty promises. The staff is either poorly trained or deliberately dishonest, and any attempt to get clear answers is met with evasions or rudeness. I felt deceived from start to finish. Absolutely unacceptable experience avoid this place at all costs.
