Pleasant, felt very new and fresh.
Cons:

Prevent confusion on price - booked in New Zealand but quoted Australian dollars which led to a confrontation with the letting/booking staff.

Should note on the website where to collect keys and not an alternate email which we missed causing inconvenience trying to locate where the motel was to collect keys from.

Great value for money, clean and quiet
Pros:

Nice and quiet
Cute that they include a couple of cookies with the Milo and tea, etc
Very close to gas station if you feel the need to go and grab snack etc
Great park right outside the door of hotel room especially if you have lots of luggage like I do

Cons:

It would be great if the towels were of a better quality but overall, I love the place.

Cons:

There were no towels left in my room I stayed in so I had no way of drying myself after a shower.
Also the reception for the motel being at a different location is difficult, that wasn’t mentioned in the email for booking. Also when trying to phone reception about the no towels situation no one would answer and I tried calling for 20 minutes repeatedly

A good low cost option for Hamilton accommodation
Pros:

The location was handy to shops and the room was very clean and well appointed. You have to pick up your keys at a different location nearby in Hamilton, but this was well communicated, and I was well assisted by reception staff to extend my stay and change to a ground floor room due to mobility needs. We could hear the people in the top floor walking around, other than this it was very comfortable. .

Cons:

There was housekeeping, most of the housekeeping staff were very professional and friendly, although one lady I answered the door to, asked if we needed towels, and as I was answering started yelling to her colleague several rooms away about needing towels, before rushing past me to collect towels, other than this, the staff were really fabulous
