Outside need a clean up

It was on quite a busy road, lots of road noise.

Location isn't for everyone but if you have a car it's very close to the city centre.

The only downside I’ve experienced is that some guests can occasionally be noisy, with slamming doors or heavy footsteps. However, this has only happened once in all the many times I’ve stayed here, so it hasn’t put me off returning.

Not enough towels for 2 people staying and the bed is hard

Was a bit of an inconvenience having to get the key from another location but all in all it was fine.

That you had to go to another location to pick up the key

We were in a downstairs apartment and the person above had very heavy footsteps so it was noisy and the doors were heavy so they slammed loud when people opened/shut them from 5am. However a door stopper would help keel doors open and a friendly sign to consider other guests when shutting doors.
We stayed in Unit 2 and it was excellent. Suggestions - as there is no full bathroom cabinet a shelf on the empty wall in the bathroom would be extremely helpful to place bathroom things on and a mirror in the bedroom or open plan area would be helpful also for guests.

Last time we stayed we had cleaners knocking on the door at 9am. When I checked the booking info it said check out says between 9-10am. Industry standard is generally 10am, so would suggest reviewing this.

While there was little traffic noise from outside, interior construction is quite thin, so it was very noisy from people talking, walking down hallway, and doors opening/closing etc.
