Pros:

Modern and clean premises. Easy access and good parking

Cons:

Heat pump had issue with flashing light at night, staff offered a solution when called which solved. Our unit was close to the road so had road noise.

Modern and cosy overnight stay
Pros:

We like the modern, simple room and layout. The kitchen has plenty of space and is fairly well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable.
The receptionist who we picked our key up from was lovely and Informative too.
Easy to find. Free parking. Central to our needs.
Our heat pump in the room wasn't working but an alternative heater was supplied, which was effective and heated our room up sufficiently. We were very cosy 😊
This is my second stay at Norton Motel and is easily my go to for accomdation in Hamilton.

Cons:

The liquid soap in the shower dispenser (Rm 11) was probably a bit old as it had separated and looked a bit strange. I usually bring my own but I had forgotten it so had to use the dispenser soap.
