Fantastic experience at this hotel-faultless
Pros:

The ambience and style of the hotel were great. I loved the fresh flowers around the property. The pool was warm and lots of spa jets within it. The beds were comfortable, bathroom, clean and spacious. The tea/coffee, etc, facility in the kitchen on each floor was great, although sometimes switching from hot to cold water was challenging. The restaurant was great, as well as fabulous suggestion of cocktails by bar staff. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a long time. Amazing selection of cheeses, breads and jams. Easy to use ski changing rooms.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La colazione, pranzo e cena eccellenti! . Si sente la qualità e la cura che ci mettono nel preparare tutto, dalla pasta fatta in casa, al ragù, alla marmellata di mandarino, black angus eccezionale. Al pari dei nostri buonissimi ristoranti italiani!
Bellissima anche la stanza, minimal, nuova, grande e super pulita. Hotel completamente nuovo. Anche la spa è molto bella, completa di tutto.
C’è anche uno spazio comune per ogni piano delle camere dove si può liberamente prendere acqua, fare tisane e caffè di ogni gusto.
Pochi hotel come questo. É già la seconda volta che torniamo e ormai lo faremo ogni anno.
Il proprietario è sempre presente, ti saluta al check in e al check out personalmente e viene sempre a chiedere se sia tutto ok durante i pasti. Anche i camerieri sono molto bravi, attenti e

a great choice for a quiet stay in pontresina
Pros:

I loved the friendliness of the staff especially manager who greeted us with big smile and gave us tips for our stay.

Cons:

the quality of pillow as it was not profiled and not sure if they have a pillow menu as nobody mentioned and the spa, pool, area was only open until 8pm.
