l'appartement était fonctionnel et bien équipé

Cons:

Enregistrement trop compliqué avec obligation d'envoyer sa photo de carte d'identité , rigidité du système avec blocage du code à 10h lors du check out. Personnel aimable mais personne à l'accueil la plupart du temps. Blocage derrière 3 voitures à la sortie du parking à cause d'une appli qui bugge ... pas d'envie à renouveler l'expérience d'un self check in aussi mal fait.

Schlechter bis kein Kundenservice, niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich bei Problemen. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Viele technische Probleme, die keiner lösen konnte.
