Bien mais de petits détails pourraient être améliorés
Pros:

Qu’il y avait de stores et qu’il était possible de dormir sans lumière du jour
Bien mangé au restaurant et très belle décoration
Belles installations en général

Cons:

La lumière du détecteur de fumée qui clignotait au plafond juste au dessus du lit (heureusement que j’avais pris un masque de nuit).
J’ai été déçue de ne pas avoir eu les chambres proposées en photo.
Il y avait une culotte sale de l’ancienne hôte derrière le sèche cheveux.

Extremely poor service and unprofessional staff behaviour made the overall stay very unpleasant
Cons:

The room itself was acceptable for the price, but the overall service experience was very poor. There was nobody at reception for hours when we arrived, no proper ventilation in the lobby, and no access to toilets while guests waited. The breakfast staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, tables remained dirty, and buffet items were often not replenished. Overall, the staff behaviour and organization significantly affected our stay.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gute Anbindung an Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof von Zürich.

Cons:

Ich war beruflich schon viele Male da, allerdings nimmt die Sauberkeit gerade in den Apartments jedes Mal ab. Es waren erkennbare Rückstände am Fenstergriff und den Lichtschaltern.

Nicht gefallen hat uns der etwas verschmutzte Teppichboden sowie die nicht Ganz verschließbare Toilettenglastür.

Cons:

Rucnici prljavi i crvene fleke i na pogrešnom mjestu (kraj wc skoljke).
Jako zagusljivo, pritisak nepodnošljiv i nema zraka. Prozor se neda otvoriti.
Problemi sa plaćenim parkingom, rampa se nije dala otvoriti i slaba komunikacijska podrška.
Vatrogasni dojavljivac požara se upalio i svi smo se morali evakuirati iz apartmana bez ikakve povratne isprike i obavijesti šta se desilo.
Dojam jako jako nesiguran,opasan i čudan.
Ne preporucujemo apartman.

Npt worth the high price. I would rate it 3 overall with more of negatives even for basic needs
Pros:

Location was awesome. Just 2-5 mins walk away from Glattbrug Railway station as well as Glattbrug Tram station. Its bang opposite these 2 stations so very easily connected to wherever u wanna go.👌🏻👌🏻
Clean rooms with all basic requirements from an apartment. Decent sized for family of 4-5.👍👍

Cons:

1. No intercom facility in case of any help or urgency or emergency situations. You always need to walk down to the reception or to the shared kitchen for any requirement❓️😒
2.House keeping staff not immediately reachable.😒
3.Lightings in the apartment rooms insufficient & placement of the lights too not sufficient. Both the rooms had only 1 main focus downlight that too in the corner of the room🧐
4.Air conditioning not efficient (atleast not in apartment Number 416)
5. No door locks/latches in any of the doors like washroom door or bedroom doors or the main door. How would someone maintain privacy & safety in case if the apartment is occupied by 2 different set of people?
6. When I enquired for availability of bathing towels they said that it wud be chargeable. !!!! Like seriously ❓️❓️‼️‼️
7. Room photos dont always match with what u actually get for your room selection.
8. Bathroom is a bit cramped & congested with limited lighting

less than 30 min drive to the Zurich downtown and close to the highway. very convenient.

Cons:

Room was dry and all of my family got through ache in the morning.
