Pros:

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Vom 16.00-18.00 sind im Spa Kinder erlaubt und man muss einen Badeanzug tragen. Leider wird man erst im Hotel darauf hingewiesen. Wir hatten leider keinen Badeanzug dabe, sehr schade.

De locatie en het uitzicht

Cons:

De deluxe kamers zijn erg klein voor de prijs. Daarom upgrade genomen naar de suite.
1 ochtend was er geen kok aanwezig. Dit was pas opgelost toen bijna iedereen klaar was met het ontbijt.

Racist, unfriendly, fradulent parking charge
Cons:

Horrible and racist front desk staff who made me feel unwelcome throughout my stay. The breakfast wait staff was also overly friendly and flirtatious, which made me uncomfortable. When I arrived in the afternoon, I was not given a proper check-in explanation about the shuttle to the ski resort. I had to rely on a bulletin board in the lobby, which said the pickup and drop-off were at the same location. The morning trip to the resort worked fine, but in the afternoon I waited at that same spot and the shuttle never came. Since I’m traveling internationally, I couldn’t call the hotel, so I messaged them on Booking.com and was told 12 minutes later that the shuttle doesn’t stop at Hörnli, only at Brügli. I had to take public transport there to get picked up, which caused me to miss a work call.

A staff member later told me they usually explain the shuttle during check-in, which I clearly never received. The next day, when my friend arrived to stay with me, the front desk rudely claimed I had only booked for one person and would need to pay extra. I checked my reservation and confirmed it was for two people. They later called back saying they were mistaken, but offered no apology. Frustrated by the poor treatment and constant miscommunication, I decided to leave early. Weeks later, I noticed a mysterious $35 parking charge on my statement... even though I never had a car!! Awful experience and very scammy. I would steer clear of this place.

Zimmer und Lage sind sehr gut, für das Essen gerne wo anderst.

Das Essen im Restaurant Lufpost war nicht dementsprechend. Ich habe ein Stuck Fleisch bestellt der war wie Kaugummi von 3 stücke konnte ich noch so fast 1 Stuck essen. Dannach hatte ich extreme kieferschmerzen. Ich habe es der Verantwortliche Personal mitgeteilt, jedoch bekam ich ein offerierter Espresso. Da ich kein Kaffe trinke wollte ich kein Espresso. Dann blib es einfach so stehen ich bekamm nicht mal ein kleiner Presireduktion auf das Essen. Nicht das ich er möchte aber für so en Luxus Restaurant hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Schönes,stylisches Hotel an sehr guter Lage, das alles bietet was man im Skiurlaub braucht

Die Lage ist sowohl für die Anreise, den Aufenthalt in Arosa als auch zum Skifahren/Snowboarden optimal - bei genügend Schnee fährt man direkt vor die Hoteltür von der Piste. Das Spa ist eher klein aber hat alles was man braucht und ist schön und sauber. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war eher klein jedoch sehr schön, sauber, gut abzudunkeln und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und nett.
