Pros:

Die Lage gleich beim Sessellift! Das Frühstück und die gut gelaunte Frühstücksdame.

Cons:

Der Grundriss der Suite: Die Schlaf zimmer sind sehr klein und statt Etagenbetten im einen Zimmer hätten wir lieber ein zweites Doppelbett gehabt. Ausserdem fand ich es störend, dass die Sauna zwischen 16 und 18 Uhr nicht textilfrei ist - wegen der Kinder. Hier versucht man es allen recht zu machen und macht es so wohl niemandem ganz recht.

Swiss quality at its best
Pros:

The location is perfect. The hotel room was very well established with a separate kitchen/living room and balcony. Lovely Penhaligons bath/shower products were provided with a brand new Dyson hairdryer. A large smart TV in the living room where all the English channels were available. Breakfast was excellent. We will be returning to this wonderful hotel.

Perfect Arosa retreat
Pros:

I arrived by train - it's right next door so super convenient.
Heated personal lockers for all your skiing gear.
The gondola and a chair lift are right behind the hotel - just the perfect location.
Nice spa area with two different types of saunas, a steam and a whirlpool area.
Staff are amazing - try an amaretto sour at the bar !!
Attention to detail is perfect - bentley scales and a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom:)

Cons:

There really wasnt anything I didn't like !

Vollumfänglich entspannte Ferien in einem Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal und einem schönen Spabereic
Pros:

Das Frühstück war grosszügig und alles sehr fein.
Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Vor allem sehr gute Brotsorten.

Cons:

Die Minibar war nicht bestückt.

Idealer Ort, gut gelegen um mit der Bahn, der Gondelbahn oder dem Bus die Tagesziele zu erreichen.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Suiten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte ein ausreichendes Angebot. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, zentral und direkt beim Bahnhof, den Bahnen und der Busse zum Prätschli oder zum Hörnli.
