I would like to highlight the dedicated work of the staff first and foremost. They were very kind and helpful. They do their job with all their heart and soul, they pay attention to everything. The team is made of five-star humanity.

De mensen van het hotel waren enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam, en authentiek. Een prachtige omgeving en een lekkere keuken. Zeer fijne ervaring.

The staff is truly amazing. As other reviewers have pointed out, Felipe, the driver, is probably the happiest and friendliest person we've met. The kitchen staff was incredibly accommodating with my vegan wife, preparing every evening a special menu just for her!
The hotel is a little remote, a 10 minute walk from the edge of the village, but this was actually an advantage: we were dropped off and picked up every day to/from the slopes, so in the end we ended up getting there and coming back more comfortably than we would have if we had been living in the village.
Our beds were incredibly comfortable.

The personal approach and service attitude of the staff as well as the location are outstanding and unique. I truly recommend this place.

Das Waldhotel Fletschhorn ist sehr schön eingebettet in den Wald. Durch Organisation des hauseigenen Shuttles ist der Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel ring zu erreichen.
Tolles Restaurant.
Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Von der Klinikmanagerin über die Küchencrew bis zum Receptionisten und Chauffeur alle.

Wir bewohnten zu fünft die zwei Zimmer der Penthouse Suite, diese waren ungewöhnlich grosszügig.
Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück toll.
Der Shuttleservice zum Hotel war einwandfrei. Dieser ist auch notwendig, da das Hotel sehr abgelegen liegt.

Scenery is breathtaking
Staff are so kind, helpful and friendly, they are out to make sure everyone has a good time in their vacation. They made all arrangements for use to navigate Saas fee and surrounding areas with ease and with good breakfast and dinner.
Anna the property manager, Phillip the shuttle driver, and Kevin, and everybody in the hotel or kitchen are all kind and respectful, they work together in harmony to make sure you and your companions have fun and enjoy an unforgettable experiences from delicious food to activities. Love all the staff will definitely miss them and look forward to repeat my vacation there. Just an amazing hotel in an awesome village with a specially talented smart people…

Hotel extraordinari! El personal és molt amable i professional. Un tracte exquisit per part de les dos noies de recepció i per part del Federico i el Philipe. Tots encantadors.
L'habitació, espaiosa, còmode i amb unes vistes espectaculars. L'esmorzar, boníssim i el sopar, sensacional. Un 10, també pel xef!
El camí fins el poble és molt agradable ja que passeges per dins del bosc. Vem veure esquirols i fins i tot un cabirol. Si no tens ganes de caminar, et porten i venen a buscar amb el cotxe elèctric.
Al ser un hotel petit, permet un tacte molt personalitzat i familiar i ets sents molt ben cuidat. Amb moltes ganes de tornar!

If you want quiet, great views, very attentive staff and a low intrusion getaway this is the place for you. The staff were very attentive and tried hard to make our stay very relaxing. It is some distance from the centre of Saas Fee but this is made very clear in the description. Rooms very spacious and comfortable with some nice touches like free soft drinks.

We stayed in Saas Fee for two nights as part of a trip around Europe, which took us from the UK to housesitting at a friend in Genoa.

The Waldhotel Fletschhorn was an undoubted highlight of the trip

The setting is just stunning. Saas Fee itself was a revelation, with the glacier looming above it, but the journey to the hotel, in the little electric buggy with it’s very friendly Italian driver, was an amazing further introduction for ourselves and our children.

The staff at the hotel could not have been friendlier throughout our stay, showing a personal interest (our son received exam results while we were there for example) .

The food was magnificent. We ate in the restaurant one night and had breakfast both days. It’s not cheap (this is an exclusive part of Switzerland after all) but it was pretty sensational.

The free access to the ski lifts, which comes as part of the hotel price during the summer, was a very pleasant surprise. We took full advantage.

All in all we would fully recommend the hotel both as a romantic getaway but also as a place for (well behaved) children.

Un emplacement idyllique dans la forêt, que l'on rejoint en navette après avoir laissé sa voiture au parking principal.
Une très belle vue.
Un accueil très agréable et de standing. Du personnel souriant, serviable, sympathique.
Petit déjeuner à commander la veille, dans une liste de propositions très riche.
Chambre très agréable avec balcon partagé.
Possibilité de réserver des créneaux privés au sauna.
On apprécie le verre de Prosecco d'accueil et le petit cadeau au départ !
La Saastalcard permet d'avoir accès aux remontées mécaniques de manière illimitée.

Tout ! De l’accueil jusqu’au départ. Petit dej au top. Chambre agréable et repas très bon.
Sauna testé et approuvé aussi.
