A lovely view over the beautiful blue lake made our stay truly special. The house has a unique and cozy atmosphere, thoughtfully created by the hosts through charming decorations. The wooden style adds a warm touch.

The room was perfectly warm, which was wonderful after spending some winter time in the mountains. The blankets were incredibly soft and cozy.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. As a sweet surprise for St. Valentine’s Day, we were greeted with heart-shaped balloons, which was such a lovely gesture.

Cons:

The only small downside for me personally was a vanilla-chocolate scent in the room. Some guests might find it lovely, but I’m quite sensitive to smells. The scent disappeared the next day, so it wasn’t an issue for the rest of our stay.

Gorgeous older style hotel with a beautiful view and the most comfortable bed you’ll sleep on
Pros:

Incredibly comfy bed with a stunning view over the lake. The breakfast room is also gorgeous in the morning with the light trickling in.

Cons:

We stayed just one night and the morning of check out we had the cleaning staff come into the room before check out time. The first time was just after breakfast around 8.30am and they came in without knocking, apologised and left quickly. The second time was around 9.30am and they knocked to ask when I would be checking out. For the price I paid I would have liked to enjoy the morning in the room but I felt like I was being rushed out the door so we packed and left.

Gute Lage direkt mit Blick auf den Brienzersee, leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider war die Matratze bereits ziemlich durchgelegen und jede kleinste Bewegung des anderen war deutlich spürbar

Sehr tolles Hotel & noch tollere Gastgeber. Unkompliziert & nahe bei den Menschen. Das Frühstück war lecker und für den Abreisetag gab es ein Frühstück to go, da wir sehr früh raus mussten. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den See & ein bequemes Bett. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Pros:

La camera era pulita e accogliente. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, abbiamo apprezzato molto lo sforzo di parlare in italiano. Dal momento che dovevamo partire presto ci ha preparato un’abbondate e buona colazione da portare via, abbiamo potuto lasciare l’auto per tutto il giorno anche se il check out era per le 11.00, ci ha regalato i biglietti per i mezzi pubblici, inoltre ci ha dato tanti consigli utili. Lo consigliamo vivamente

A week flew past and the view got better and better, never the same twice.

Our stay here was amazing, the staff was extra kind and helpful and the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. There is a little terrace-like area right on the lake which we enjoyed with a drink at Sunset. Highly recommend, and great value for money

It was such a lovely place in an amazing location as you got a Basel card to take transport 4 minutes into Interlaken for free! Staff were so kind it was so peaceful couldn’t of picked a better place, balcony absolutely worth buying! Plus free breakfast :)
