The breakfast was very good. The location was good for access to the centre. We used the local bus service.
The staff were excellent. Our chamber maid went above and beyond and managed to put a much needed fridge in my room. The receptionist Elena a lovely Russian lady was amazing. She was so kind and helpful.
Some of the cooked breakfast items were not as warm as they could be but that seems to be the case with most buffet breakfasts in hotels.
The steep stairs to the back of the hotel was a problem for one of our party.
The view is amazing! Staff super helpful and comfortable room.
The hot breakfast was reasonable priced and had many selections to choose from. The elevated location was in close proximity to Lake Lucern with amazing views!
The pancakes and waffles at breakfast could have been hotter...served luke warm at best.

Camera pulita. Bagno pulito, rifiniture perfette. Ottima colazione. Vista lago eccezionale e bel balconcino per ammirare il lago e magari fare una cenetta romantica. Personale gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Ottima la veranda per leggere un libro o scambiare qualche parola con altri ospiti mentre si ammira la vista.

Beautiful property, neatly maintained, great breakfast, good staff ! We had a lake view room and that was really good. Weather was good so we had no issues.. but did see reviews where guests complaining room heating up when weather is hot. Overall we had a great stay !
It was clean and easy to get to from train station by taxi or uber. Do NOT walk from train station to hotel. Very steep and lots of steps. Your ride will drop you off at main entrance. Get a balcony facing the mountain and water. Amazing
Our room had a portable air controlling unit and was warm. However we opened the doors and able to see the beautiful mountain and lake.
Property was affordable but also had a luxury feel to it. It was close to everything I needed. The day and evening receptionists were very helpful and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend.

배정된 방보다 상위층으로 변경 부탁했는데 바로 조치해주셔서 감사했습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 세심했습니다 어뎁터가 필요했는데 흔쾌시 빌려주셨습니다 무엇보다 아주 고풍스러운 호텔이며 발코니에서 리기산과 필라투스산이 모두 보입니다 훌륭해요!!
시즌마다 다른겠지만 규모에 비해 숙박비가 조금 비싸다는 생각입니다
