Lucerne's Treasure Hotel
Pros:

Very friendly front desk staff! I even got a free upgrade room with fantastic mountain+lake view. Room is roomy, clean and comfortable. Hotel is quite. Close by the bus stops and walkable to the city center, shops, restaurants and the bridges.

Cons:

It's a bit uphill, kinda made me workout especially with my luggage.

We chose this hotel specifically because the room photos displayed during the booking process suggested a beautiful lake view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the actual room had no lake view at all and did not match the expectations created by the listing.

The view was the main reason we selected this property and paid the premium price. When we contacted the reception, we were simply told that nothing could be done to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing part was not only the mismatch between the advertised impression and reality, but also the lack of any meaningful effort to address the problem. Travelers should carefully verify the room details before booking, as the photos may not accurately represent the room they receive.

Overall, this experience fell far short of our expectations.

Pros:

Freundliche Person an der Reception und die Lage war sehr schön

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein im Verhältnis zum Preis Matratze viel zu hart. Das Frühstück war viel zu teuer für das was geboten wurde. Das Gebäude im Jugendstil und mit Ikea Besteck ist doch eher ein Stilbruch. Schade dass wir Schweizer die Preise bezahlen dürfend.

The location was great , staff great,hotels old world charm was wonderful! Felt very comfortable at the royal.

Cons:

Could have had bigger tea cups in the room!
Breakfast is expensive ,was good but 30cfh is too much. But that’s Switzerland.

Die gute Lage zur Stadt. Der kleine Balkon im Zimmer. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war super. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es ist ein Hundefreundliches Hotel, stört uns grundsätzlich nicht. Leider war im Zimmer ein Teppich welcher dann nach Hund gerochen hat. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Feedback wurde ans Hotel gegeben und es sollte eine Teppich Reinigung erfolgen.

Tolles 3 Stern Hotel an bester Lage mit schöner Seesicht und sehr sauberen Zimmer

Das Hotel war gut erreichbar mit vielen Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Hotel. Eine sympathische junge Dame hat uns eingecheckt und das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
