Perfect location,
Pros:

Outstanding Location with great atmosphere and right outside Bus stop.

Staff were really professional and friendly and in particular Cruz was very helpful. He gave us great tips.

Check out staff also very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately fridge didn’t work.

Breathtaking views from your room!
Pros:

First off, the views from the hotel is truly breathtaking! While having breakfast, with that kind of view makes you want to start the day full of positivity. Rooms are clean and tidy with that Swiss vibe. The restaurant was closed when I stayed but they have room service where you can order some food/snacks. The staff of the hotel are all friendly and amazing! Well prepared and very competent. Special mentions to Natalia, Melina, Jeroen & Cruz! You guys made me feel at home. Last but not the least, there is spacious and free parking for those who come with their car.

Cons:

Just the few choice for food as there are no restaurants nearby

Beautifull view
Pros:

Rich breakfast.
Room was comfortable with wonderfull view on lake and mountains.
SPA was good, all clean and relaxing.
Helpfull and friendly staff.

Cons:

No hot water in SPA, also cold water bucket was not working. Also small area for relax with only 4 chairs.
You can hear you neigbours. Ear plugs reccomended if you want to sleep early.

great location and staff best views ever
Pros:

the style and size, it was a beautiful old property on lots of land with amazing views

Cons:

the spa was not running at the time, yoga was only by arrangement and the after hours food was not a good choice or when ordered not worth the money.

Les photos et le descriptif du site ne reflètent pas la réalité. Très cher en rapport aux prestations.

Le spa. Pas de piscine, pas de baignoire glacée. 23 francs suisse pour une pizza surgelée de la taille de ma main pour le snacking le soir (car pas de restauration) et pas de réactivité en amont du séjour dans les échanges avec l’hôtel. Le personnel de ménage passe vers 18h - 18h30, ce qui fait que nous sommes rentrés et deja dans la chambre ! 150 franc suisse pour un massage de 50 min! Ils inclus le spa ( qui est déjà inclus dans notre forfait semaine) et le thé qu’il n’y a jamais eu !

la qualité de l’accueil de goerge ainsi que tout les équipements mis à disposition ( raquette, salle de sport.. ) la chambre était propre ainsi que les draps et serviettes

le déjeuner le matin pourrait être plus copieux en viennoiseries, le spa n’est pas accompagné d’un jacuzzi ou d’une petite piscine, c’est dommage..

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

We had a great stay at the resort. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was great and the beds were the comfiest that were have slept in! They have great facilities, gym is very well equipped, breakfast in the morning is very nice (good variety and quality). Overall we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Das Hotel ist in einem schlechten und vernachlässigten Zustand. Es wurde seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr investiert. Die Zimmer sind klein und weisen den Standard eines 2* Hotels auf. Wie dieses Hotel auch heute noch 4* hat, ist unverständlich.

Beskrivning av hotellet är vilseledande och vistelsen var en stor besvikelse. Detta är inte ett Spa och Resort-hotell enligt mig. Rekommenderas EJ!

Det finns ingen restaurang på hotellet trots att det står att det finns två. Det finns inte heller någon öppen bar utan endast ett kylskåp där man kunde köpa dryck. Fast food kunde beställas till rummet, men vårt rum hade inget bord. Utomhus- och picknickområdet var några halvtrasiga och slitna plastmöbler som stod lite varstans.

I vårt rum fanns inget värdeskåp, duschkabinen på badkaret var trasig och gardinerna satt inte fast i gardinstången. På andra fönstret fanns inga gardiner så huset mittemot hade full insyn när man tände lampan. Laminatgolvet i badrummet var ditlagt i efterhand så toaletten satt för lågt och man ramlade nästan när man satt sig. Dubbelsängen var smal och man kunde inte gå raklång till sängen. Min man skrapade upp axeln på snedtaket. Jag önskar att jag hade läst recensionerna innan och inte bara kollat betyget 7,4.
