Tas, ka lidojuma dienā kafijas aparāts bija saplīsis. 😄 Bijām NE pāris un traucēja, ka vannasistabā bija caurspīdīgas durvis un aizvelkot aizkarus, tāpat varēja pa šķirbu redzēt. Nu un kafijas aparātam, kas bija istabā, prasijās pienu klāt, jo kafija bija melnā.

Practical, affordable and comfortable!
Pros:

This is the perfect marriage of comfort, practicality and price. The rooms are very well equiped and have a great design to utilize the small space. Everything was clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable.

Cons:

There could be more cuttlery, but that is a small note.

Would stay again, and would recommend to other families
Pros:

The family suite with double bed and bunk bed was brilliant for myself and my parents. It had a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, kettle, microwave (also grill), coffee machine, 2 burner hob, enough utensils and pots to make a meal for 3 adults. Separate toilet meant we could get ready or shower at the same time. Loads of clothes storage space but could use some more hangers. It was clean, very high tech light switches and shutter switches, plus the moving bed.
We were worried that it was behind the lift shaft and it would be noisy but we heard nothing.
The beds were super comfy, very soft pillows.
Rainwater shower was very nice, and the hairdryer was a real one, not attached to the wall.
Clever storage in lots of little places.

Location wise- there is a tram stop Servette right outside the hotel entrance, and it’s a busy street but we didn’t hear anything inside. Super convenient. There is a supermarket underneath the hotel, again super convenient. The tram network is amazing.

The team were very friendly and helpful, there is only 3 of them, and they take it in turns to be available 9-5 I think on the 9th floor. It’s such a great space. Nice way to speak to other guests, share experiences, maybe make new friends.

We would stay here again if we come back, and I would recommend it to other families or groups 3/4

Cons:

Slight room for improvement- the kitchen could have benefited from a dish cloth or a sponge. The dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid adding, but they weren’t provided. If you aren’t tech savvy, then you probably won’t like the way you have to use a phone with WiFi or internet to get into the front doors, room door and other areas like bag room etc. Finally, there were 8 coat hangers total- could really do with some more per person.

Lovely stay, would definitely recommend & use again
Pros:

Loved the communal areas & facilities. Room was great for an overnight stay & would have been ok for longer too. Plenty of room & storage space.

Cons:

Glass doors on bathroom, could do with some stickers on them for health & safety. It’s very easy to walk into them
