Pros:

The room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was excellent for both the Sunnegga and Gornergrat lifts/trains.

Cons:

The waste recycling facilities should have been clearer / better.

Great place to stay, already booked for next year!
Pros:

Beautifully appointed. Lots ok hooks to hang up ski clothing and mittens to dry. Heated towel rack for towels or to dry small pieces of clothing that were washed. Kitchen was nice to eat breakfast I did use the kitchen to cook one easy dinner. Liked that you could access the spa at the alpin , although we never actually used the spa on this trip.

Cons:

No heated book driers in the ski room.

Pros:

This place was perfect for our family of four. We were close to the train station, 5 mins walking distance to the Sunnegga funicular and right beside a ski rental shop. It was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful stay! Zermatt was a lot of fun!

Great apartment in Zermatt
Pros:

Studio looks great . Clean and very well equipped. Comfortable main bed. Design is quite impressive. very good location.
Options to visit Spa at the managing hotel, with a good rate

Cons:

Bathroom might require some renovation to match the room itself. The additional bed was quite small and less comfortable

Renovated, well located, good sized apartment
Pros:

The apartment was of good size with a separate bedroom and a well stocked kitchenette. Well located with a ski hire facility and bus stop within 50m and only a short 10 minute walk to the train station and the centre of Zermatt. Ski storage was provided onsite. Two additional single wall mounted pull-down beds were provided should you need to accommodate additional guests.

Cons:

No microwave.
No laundry facilities.
The bathroom was dated and lacked sufficient shelving for toiletries.
Our apartment was dark as it faced another apartment which required the curtains to be drawn for privacy; however, mountain facing rooms would afford better views and provide a brighter outlook which would definitely increase my rating for the apartment.
