Hervorragend - a place to come back!
Pros:

Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücks-Buffet von sehr guter Qualität mit einer tollen Auswahl an frischen Speisen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und absolut zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Ich würde wieder kommen und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Alles in allem Top Unterkunft

Alles war super! Die Lage war zentral, das Personal super zuvorkommend, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgewogen und das Zimmer geräumig, modern und sauber.

Cons:

Den einzigen Abstrich den ich mache ist das fehlen eines Gyms und dass das Wellness kneinen Pool hatte.

Struttura molto pulita, bella sembra un piccolo castelletto, camere grandi e spazi comuni molto belli. Sala per la colazione veramente bella con vetrate per godere il panorama in mezzo alla natura.

Cons:

Pros:

The hotel is very new and well decorated. The room is very quiet and comfy, you can hardly hear anything. It is close to the train station and attractions, easy to get around with public transport. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Bed is very firm, but pillows are thin like a feather. Would be nice if pillows have more support. There’s a lot of textiles e.g. headboard, carpet, which causes my allergies to dust.

Exceptional stay!
Pros:

The restaurant, the rooms and the location were perfect. However, our outstanding experience came from the team. Genuinely kind people. We left for lucerne and we changed our road trip to visit the hotel for two more nights. Sunstar is the place to stay in Engadine.

Cons:

The only thing that can be slightly improved is the breakfast. As a hotel operator i have to find at least one area for improvement 😅

Das perfekte Hotel für eine aussergewöhnliche Auszeit!
Pros:

Super Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Es hat für jeden etwas und vieles aus der Region! Verschiedene Säfte, viele Brotsorten, Süsses und Salziges!

Cons:

Es war alles suuuuper!!! Ich könnte wirklich nichts Negatives sagen.

Super hotel, bien situé. Personnel très sympatique ! Très bon petit dejeuner. Nous sommes venus avec notre labrador d'un an, c'était notre première expérience à l'hotel avec lui et tout s'est très bien passé.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Das Zimmer war gross und sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und geführt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Die Haltestelle vom Postauto ist direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die hölzernen Liegestühle im Freien waren nicht wirklich bequem.
