Cons:

Dirty and very unpleasant experience. The bed sheets had stains that looked like blood, and the edges of the blankets were visibly dirty. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell a mix of sweat and cigarettes. I assume the previous guest smoked, but the staff didn’t even bother to air out the room before my arrival. Basic hygiene and freshness were completely lacking.

Zentrale Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Wir waren durch die vielen Emails etwas irritiert was der Code für das Zimmer war. Könnte etwas verbessert werden.

Immer wieder schön und einfach zu Wohlfühlen!
Pros:

Immer wieder schön: sehr ruhige Lage und bequeme Betten. Mittlerweile ist der Check-in schon vorab online möglich und man spaziert nach der Ankunft direkt auf sein Zimmer. Die nette Bar im Erdgeschoss lädt zum Verweilen ein, mit köstliche Drinks und kleinen Snacks. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Die Lage ist nicht schlecht und die Dame am Telefon war nett.

Cons:

Ich hatte mein Zimmer im 4. Stock und hab auch da den Lärm aus der Bar gehört. In der Toilette hatte es Schleifspuren und auf der Bettdecke fremde Haare. Das Zimmer war extrem eng, man konnte neben dem Bett kaum stehen. Fenster waren undicht, deswegen war es sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Preis-Leistung ist ein absoluter Flop. Nie wieder!

Le ragazze della polizia sono state gentilissime inoltre abbiamo chiesto alle persone che gestiscono se potevamo entrare prima ,sono stati gentili ad accettare la nostra entrata prima dell’orario previsto !

Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Jedoch sind Dusche und Türen älter und lassen einen Spalt. Ansonsten ist die Lage super zentral und Preis-Leistung stimmen.
