ห้องอยู่ชั้นบนสุด ลิฟท์ขึ้นไปไม่ถึง ต้องแบกกระเป๋าขึ้นไปอีก1ชั้น ลิฟท์เล็กมากขึ้นพร้อมกระเป๋าได้ทีละคน พื้นพรมดูมีฝุ่นบางมุม แจ้งไป2ครั้งให้กางโซฟาปูผ้าให้ด้วยเพราะมีผู้ชายจะแยกนอน (จำนวนคนเท่าที่จอง) แต่ไม่ได้ปูให้ หมอนบางมากปวดคอเลย

The strong point – the location
Pros:

After several trips where we had accommodation quite far from the center and/or local means of transport, this time we had an ideal location of the hotel in relation to the city center, the train station and the port at Lake Luzern (from this point of view it was probably our best accommodation since we have been traveling together as a couple). The very short distances exceeded our expectations (in one minute you are in the city center and in 10 minutes you are at the train station or at the port). In conclusion, we warmly recommend this hotel both to those who come to visit the city and take a boat ride on the lake, as well as to those who want to make day trips to the spectacular mountains in the area. If you add to all this the feeling of peace and calm that the neighborhood in which the hotel is located gives you, you have all the conditions for a successful vacation in Luzern. One thing we especially appreciate on our travels and mention whenever it is present: the shower conditions. These were also exceptional here: generous space, adequate water pressure and temperature.

Basic accommodation, but a surprisingly great vegan breakfast.
Pros:

The vegan breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of the stay. I really enjoyed it.

Cons:

The room was very small and quite basic. The bathroom also felt old and dated.

The room is very clean and the restaurant in the ground floor is very convenient. Good place to a short stay.

Cons:

It’s a good place to spay, but considering it’s a self checking suite with no staff available, if you have any problem you need to consider it’s can take longer than a normal hotel. I have problem with my checkin code when I arrived, and spent more than an hour trying to figure it out. I messaged and called to the emergency number and it was not working. A person from the restaurant helped me and call to the “owner”, and only after that I have my checkin code.
