Overall was a good experience and location. Unique spot and hotel was updated for being oldest hotel in Lucerne area.
Pros:

Property was clean and great location to tourist attractions. Staff was pleasant and online checkin made it easy.

Cons:

Pricing was fair — we had a remote issue with AC unit that I didn’t bother trying to get fixed late that evening since we stayed only 1 night. However, best if ensure those all working prior to guest arrival.

Convenient, clean and accessible
Pros:

Check in and out was fast and easy. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Location was easy walking distance to the train station. There were two USB-C charge ports by each side of the bed, which is always appreciated.

Good location, good communication.
Pros:

Location was good.
Effective air conditioner.
Though no reception staff, they were very responsive to my WhatsApp texts. It's more of a self-service situation. They have a station to get supplies like toilet paper and tissue. There were supposed to be extra towels there but we didn't see them.
The room was small but efficiently arranged. If you have big suitcases you may be cramped. We had 2 carry on cases and 2 backpacks and we got it to fit using shelves they provided.
Bedroom and bathroom were clean.
Our allergies acted up - which could have been from a number of causes including tree pollen or dust mites. Note there's carpeting in the guest room.

Cons:

The mattress was fairly comfortable, though a bit worn. After I told them about the mattress, they said they would evaluate it. They seemed committed to quality improvement based on their communications to me.

没用到50%的折扣太亏了！
Pros:

自动入住的民宿，非常便捷，距离火车站大概步行十分钟，楼下有一个酒吧和餐吧，去消费时用民宿内的优惠卡可以打五折！

Cons:

虽然附赠了耳塞，但是晚上仍有些吵，不建议睡眠浅的人入住这里。入住流程有一点不顺利，收不到住宿登记的验证码。电梯很小，站不下两个人和行李箱，如果是大行李箱（28寸以上）大概只能放进去一个，单纯用来运送行李还可以。

Amazing location and staff; not great value for money paid
Pros:

Amazing location, lovely staff, great vibe at the restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

Not great value for money paid - rooms are simple/small and felt more like the affordable accommodations you would find at a traveler’s hotel vs a boutique, historic hotel.
