I enjoyed my stay very much
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Break fast was also nice.

Cons:

The position was a little tricky but it does g take too long to find. Nothing that I didn’t like :)

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Cons:

The smell in the room was very strong (paint or chemical product). I asked to change room and it was the same in the second.
The common areas were not clean.

I enjoyed my stay but I did not like every three days rooms are cleaned. housekeeping
Pros:

Location and the friendliness of the staff, especially Lea. Lea is very kind and helpful. She guided me to places to visit, and how I can purchase tickets to travel outside of Geneva and the apps to download. All the staff were very kind, helpful and professional, but Lea to me was outstanding. She is a leader on her own rights.

Cons:

More washers and dryers and a spacious area. I was surprised how expensive it was to wash one load of clothes. Usually, Residence Inn Marriott’s laundry is free. Customers are already paying a lot to stay in the hotel but to charge them 12 francs to wash one load of clothes was extreme.
