Pros:

Convenient location to walk to Renens station and to the university/EPFL campus. The hotel is new, so I heard no noise from the neighboring rooms at all. I like the bed. Enough light in the room.

Cons:

Things I liked less, but that were not too bad:
Wifi was flaky. Breakfast was quite basic (little fresh things). Difficult to find the hotel if you arrive by foot. Next to a highway.

It was pleasant one night stay.
Pros:

For the Swiss environment, a very decent value for money. It is modest in its offerings, but nice and clean. Stuff is very supportive and nice.

Hard to tell for this kind of hotel. It has good value for money. It's not realistic to expect more.
