Welcoming and comfortable stay.
Pros:

It was comfortable, friendly and efficient. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Very convenient, 2 mins from a very regular tram connection to centre and from a well stocked coop and great kebab place.

Cons:

Swiss plugs different to rest of Europe! They did advise where we could buy adaptors but given this is an international hotel maybe they could provide these to guests.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel and room were very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff here were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel should be really proud of them. The tram station was about 100 meters up the road, and this took you into the city. The restaurant served great meals and the staff there were great.

Pros:

The reception desk was very welcoming! The rooms were very comfortable. We did not eat at the hotel however did have a few drinks on the outside patio. Parking was available on site at the front of the hotel.

Fiyat/Performans çok iyi.
Pros:

Konumu tren istasyonuna tramvayla 12 dk, indiğiniz durakta hemen otele ulaşılıyor. Çevrede market, restoran vb var. Altındaki restoranda oturup, sokağı izlemek de keyifliydi. Resepsiyonda Fatma hanım çok yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ediyorum. Kaldığımız oda biraz serindi, hemen ısıtıcı ayarladı, güzel öneriler verdi. Odada kahve makinası, çay, kahve, soğuk içecek ikramları vardı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe değil, masaya istediğiniz herşeyden sipariş verebiliyorsunuz, çok başarılıydı, özellikle sıcacık gelen kruvasanları. Personel de çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlıydı.

Super mini break in Zurich!
Pros:

The hotel was super close to the tram so we could easily and quickly get to the centre of Zurich. Although, our view was right onto the road we didn’t notice much noise at all and were able to sleep. Great supermarkets/bars/restaurants nearby as well. The staff were very nice and extremely polite! The coffee machine although it leaked a bit was great, especially with free coffee and then a kettle with tea as well! The free apples were also very delicious!

Cons:

Quite a small room. We had a few issues with the light switches and heating/cooling in the room - we just weren’t sure how things worked. Also there was a little screen in the bathroom which we had no clue what it was for as it always said no signal.

The rooms were lovely and clean. Good central location and value for money.

Cons:

The staff member who checked us in wasn’t particularly helpful or welcoming.
Breakfast was extremely expensive and a bit of a rip off with .50 CHF charged for TAP water.

Eine gute Nacht in einem angenehmen Zimmer.
Pros:

Gute Lage, wenn auch nicht wirklich im Zentrum, aber gut zu erreichen. Sauberes Zimmer mit guter moderner Ausstattung.
