Pros:

The staff were very friendly and the room was cozy.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in our room sometimes, but when you open the windows it was manageable.

Good location and good value for money in Zurich
Pros:

Location was good (next to the Tram station), room was good value for money in Zurich and staff was friendly.
Breakfast was also good portion wise.

Cons:

We arrived by car and it was unclear whether we could park at the hotel. It ultimately worked out.

In most Swiss cities we receive a Swiss Transport card for the city included in our room cost (Lausanne, St. Gallen, Luzern etc) so was disappointing that we did not here as we used the Tram to get around.

I usually prefer to book directly with hotels (vs Booking.com or some other service) however in this case I believe I got a better price with Booking.com

駅近で清潔なホテル
Pros:

スタッフの対応が気持ちよく、部屋も清潔でした。無料のウェルカムドリンクが充実しています。路面電車やバス停が近く、多くの路線が通っています。値段もチューリッヒのホテルの中では安い方だと思いました。

Cons:

チューリッヒ中央駅から路面電車一本で行けるものの少し離れており、観光地に行く際も安いチケットが使えません（30分以内かつ6駅以内のみ使える割引チケットがあります。チューリヒの公共交通機関の使い方は事前によく調べたほうがいいです)。

Great value for money
Pros:

The staff was impressively kind and made everything they could to make the guests fell comfortable. Congratulations!

Cons:

It is not so well located if you're going for business. But all the rest - staff, cleanliness, etc, compensate well.

Gute einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der Stadt Zürich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Das meiste Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr geräumig, bietet aber für eine Übernachtung alles, was es benötigt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Es gab in unserem Zimmer und im Korridor einige Kleidermotten an den Wänden, was wir auch gemeldet haben. Sollte in einem Hotel nicht vorkommen.

Ottimo compromesso
Pros:

Hotel un po distante dal centro e dalla stazione principale ma comunque ben collegato con il tram n 3 (la fermata è a pochi passi). Nelle vicinanze ristoranti e supermarket. Struttura pulita, stanza non tanto spaziosa per 4 persone. Un po’ caro.

Cons:

All’ingresso e per le scale forte odore (a volte sgradevole) di cucinato proveniente dal ristorante adiacente.
