Pros:

Nice breakfast, no buffet style but you could order as much as you wanted. Coffee was unbelievable, I loved it!
Room service is available and the meals are good.

Cons:

The location especially with small kids in winter.
To go from the lobby to the elevators there are some stairs which makes things inconvenient if you have many bags.

Está muy bien para pasar uno o dos días en Zurich
Pros:

Todo muy bien, cerca del centro en tranvía (un par de paradas), es cómodo, cuidado, clásico y Franklin es en recepción es un genio.
