Top Lage und Frühstück, sehr freundlich, zweckmässig
Pros:

Lage super (direkt bei Bahnen); sehr freundliches Personal; Begrüssungskaffee/heisse Schoggi; umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet (inkl. viele Früchte); Animation: Feuer auf Terasse m. Marshmallow & Glühwein; gratis schlitteln (nicht benutzt, wäre aber möglich gewesen); ruhig; gemütliche Sitzgruppen auf jeder Etage; Sauberkeit.
Alles sehr empfehlenswert (ausser Restaurant f. Abendessen, siehe unten)

Cons:

An einem Abend haben wir im Hotel gegessen. Das Essen entsprach nicht Restaurant, sondern eher minderwerigem Fast-Food. Qualität sehr tief (1 Burger nicht gewürzt, 1 Burger extrem stark gewürzt, keine Zwiebeln, oberes Brot nicht geröstet, schlimme Fertigsauce). Pizza mit Barbecue-Fertigsauce; Tortellini fad.

La ubicación es perfecta. El personal increíblemente amable.

Cons:

Antiguo, la calidad de los muebles deja qué desear. Entraba aire por las ventanas cerradas. El wifi es bastante malo, no llegaba a la habitación. El desayuno decente. Es más un albergue que otra cosa. Muy pocos enchufes y mal ubicados en la habitación.

Les Crosets ist wunderschön. Unsere Kinder hat sehr gefallen. Wir waren 2te mall im diesen Hotel. Hoffentlich klappt auch 3tes mall bald.

Tip top, accès et parking super pratique, 10 mètres à faire en sortant et on est sur les pistes.
Pros:

Petit déjeuné top, rien a dire, juste les repas limite, les burger manque un peut de sauce et les nuggets pas top non plus. par contre le personnel est top et a l'écoute. Nous reviendrons.

Cons:

Rien de grave, mais le repas du soir bof.

Lieu idéal pour skier en famille
Pros:

Emplacement parfait sur les pistes. Accès direct aux cours de ski pour les enfants, loueur de matériel dans le bâtiment. Très facile pour accéder à tout pour partir skier tranquillement. Personnel adorable, disponible et aux petits soins. Merci encore pour tout !

Richard and his team are super friendly and generous. The location is right next to the Les Crosets ski lift. The restaurant offers great menu options for kids, and breakfast spread is decent. The room has enough space for a family with kids and there is a games room on site.

Cons:

The snow machines operate early morning and that can be a bit noisy.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et des dirigeants.
Nous avons été bloqué sur la route et ils nous ont attendu pour dîner en dehors des horaires habituels.
Emplacement parfait pour skier sur le domaine des portes du soleil.
Le petit déjeuner et parking voiture inclus.
Possibilité de recharge électrique.

Rapport qualité prix des repas moyen.
