Das Zimmer war VIEL zu warm. 24.5 Grad, Klimaanlage geht nicht! Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden da direkt gegenüber ein Technoclub die ganze Nacht bis 06.00h laute Musik mit extremem Bass laufen lässt! Ich verlange für meinen Aufenthalt vom 19.3 bis 21.3 ein kühles und ruhiges Zimmer!

Party bis um 06.00h in Lokal vor den Zimmern, schlafen war nicht möglich
Cons:

Um 23.00h hat im Lokal "Chessu Kuppel" vor dem Hotel eine Feier stattgefunden welche bis 06.00h grossen Lärm verursacht hat. Vor allem der starke Bass machte das Schlafen unmöglich. Für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse von Merriott ein unhaltbarer Zustand. Eine Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten.

Leider habe ich die nächste Übernachtung schon gebucht. Habe das Personal darauf hingewiesen, dass ich dies nicht nochmals erleben möchte. Hoffe beim nächsten Aufenthalt einen positiveren Bericht erstellen zu können. Die Einrichtung usw. wäre abgesehen davon sonst sehr gut.

Nice hotel I would recommend
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything worked as expected. The hotel is comfy and secure and generaly quiet.

Cons:

The dome in front of the hotel had some party that was going on until 7am. Well isolated but still a bit noisy.

Die Lage in der tollen Stadt Biel war gut.

Cons:

Das Check In sehr mühsam über 25 min, in der Nacht öffnet sich keine Tür mit der Karte \Schlüssel du klingelst und wartest in der eher etwas gefährlich gegend bis jemand öffnet. Wer kein Englisch spricht sollte nicht in das Hotel.

Great hotel but pricey
Pros:

Very modern with spacious room and great coffee making facilities in the room. Big TV, good charging points and clean. Restaurant wasn’t open good.

Cons:

The breakfast is over priced. Restaurant menu is limited. The location is pretty depressing. We arrived just as they were taking down the wonder wonderland facilities. So it was a building site and noisy.

Das Frühstück war perfekt und ausreichend. Nicht zu viel und auch nicht zu wenig. Die Lage ist top!! Die Zimmer sind super, auch die Badezimmer sind sehr schön und bequem.

Cons:

Schade gibt es beim zentralen Parkhaus, keine Hotel eigene Parkplätze zu einem fairen Preis.....Beim Personal sollte auch darauf geachtet werden, dass Zweisprachigkeit vorhanden ist.....In Biel spricht man nicht nur Französisch!!
