Welcoming, convenient, and comfortable.
Pros:

Great central location, walking distance from main tourist attractions. Very helpful staff, generous luggage storage policies for both arrival and departure, and a lounge with complimentary coffee and tea. Would return in a heartbeat!

Really hope I get to stay here again.
Pros:

What a find this hotel was. We booked on the day as we had no reservation for a night in Brussels, and liked the look of it. The pictures don't do this hotel justice. The décor, the look and feel of the hotel felt like a luxurious hotel from a bygone era, even though the hotel was only open a year.
I feel that soon this place will have 5 stars and will be expensive so felt lucky to have stayed there when I did.
The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, along with the bathroom and nice shower.

Cons:

Nothing - I would love to stay here again.
