Bellissimo hotel, da rivedere la preparazione e professionalità di parte del personale...
Cons:

Attenzione alla tipologia di camera che prenotate: purtroppo può capitare di prenotare una determinata categoria e vedersene assegnare un’altra al momento del check-in senza alcuna comunicazione trasparente al riguardo.
Nel mio caso avevo prenotato e pagato una camera Deluxe con vista città, indicando solo come preferenza un piano alto per limitare eventuali rumori. All’arrivo, intorno alle 16:00, mi è stata invece assegnata una camera standard, di categoria e valore inferiore, con vista su un giardino interno. Accortami subito della discrepanza, sono tornata alla reception dove mi è stato detto che la scelta era stata fatta per soddisfare la mia richiesta di una camera silenziosa.
Mi è stato poi comunicato che l’unica camera conforme alla prenotazione non era ancora pronta. Dopo vari tentativi e attese di “dieci minuti” ripetute, siamo stati costretti ad uscire per non perdere il poco tempo a disposizione per visitare la città. Questo ha comportato che non ho potuto cambiarmi, rinfrescarmi o semplicemente appoggiarmi alla stanza dopo il viaggio. Di fatto ho potuto utilizzare la camera solo al rientro in serata, come se nel pomeriggio non avessi avuto una stanza disponibile.
La gestione della situazione è stata particolarmente deludente: non ho ricevuto alcuna scusa né un reale riconoscimento del disagio, e mi è stato anche riferito che le camere con vista città “non hanno una vera vista”, affermazione quantomeno discutibile per un servizio che viene venduto come tale.
A parte questo, l’hotel è magnifico, curato in ogni dettaglio, elegante e molto ben mantenuto. Le camere sono pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort. La camera Deluxe con vista città che ho ricevuto alla fine era probabilmente tra le migliori, con una vista che permetteva anche di intravedere parte della torre dell’Hôtel de Ville della Grand Place. Colazione di altissima qualità, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. Il restante personale è sempre stato molto cordiale e disponibile.

Une fleur dans la ville
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec une décoration ou l'on se sent bien sans fausse note, aussi bien dans l'accueil que les couleurs et la chambre. Merci a tout le personnel pour leur chaleureux accueil. Dans le centre historique, dans une rue assez calme, avec une très bonne solation. Le petit déjeuner continental classique de bons produits des gauffres auraient été appréciées. Une bouteille d'eau offerte serait apprécié.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and beautifully done, blending old-world charm with modern comfort. Breakfast wasn’t extensive, but everything was well prepared and enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Grand Place, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were attentive throughout, and we had a genuinely lovely stay.

Cons:

The only inconvenience was the number of stairs; from getting to the main lobby, reception area and lift all required navigating steps. As we were travelling with large luggage and an elderly parent, it did make things a bit more challenging. The staff were helpful, but it still required some extra effort to manage. Having said this, we would love to return and stay at this property again.

beau bâtiment et super situation géographique
Pros:

super situation géographique pour découvrir le coeur historique de Bruxelles et magnifique bâtiment transformé en hôtel, charme absolu.

Cons:

pas de chauffage la première nuit, une chambre avec une très haute fenêtre qui ne permet pas de l'ouvrir ni de voir dehors et un petit déjeuner basique.
