Idéalement placé et accueil chaleureux
Pros:

L’accueil particulièrement chaleureux surtout de la part de Clément. Charmant et très dévoué il était de parfait conseil et très sympathique. Les chambres très propres et vastes étaient très confortables. L’emplacement juste parfait.

Cons:

Juste la tablette qui ne fonctionnait pas mais ce n’était pas bien grave.

We won’t bother looking at alternatives when we come back. We found our perfect home in Brussels.

The character of the building and decoration, the ideal location, the quality and friendliness of service - thank you! -, the superb breakfast buffet, the very quiet rooms and comfortable bedding. Also, the air conditioning was a real plus in the intense heat experienced that week.

Hotel muito bem localizado!!
Pros:

Hotel extremamente bem localizado, esquecemos umas peças de roupa no armário e logo eles nos avisaram por e-mail e se prontificaram a nos enviar para nossa próxima estadia que era em Paris e fizeram isto muito profissionalmente e conseguimos recuperar tudo pagando somente a taxa de envio do Sedex, muito obrigado para equipe !!

Cons:

Uma noite notamos que estávamos sem água quente no quarto mas foi logo verificado que era um problema geral no hotel e que foi resolvido em questões de horas

Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it so easy to explore Brussels. Staying here truly made my trip more enjoyable, convenient, and stress-free. I couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Stunning in the heart of Brussels
Pros:

Stunning property, newly renovated or just new. The deco is stunning and the staff are extremely helpful. Comfortable beds and rooms, the breakfast was good. When the restaurant opens fully, it will be amazing.
