Pros:

Beautiful building exquisitely furnished.

Outstanding. Brilliant location, marvelous service and excellent facilities.
Pros:

The initial contact with staff on arrival was outstanding. The concierge, Louis, helped bring our bags up the short staircases into the foyer and we were allowed into our room early. He was very helpful, making a number of suggestions about sights tom see and orientating us around the hotel and its facilities. The room was a good size, very well presented and the surrounds were quiet. The turn down service was excellent and the attendant Abu was very good (polite, helpful and conversational). Overall, our experience of Hotel Fleur de Ville was extremely positive and we will certailnly returning with our family in the future.

A comfortable stay in sumptuous surroundings.
Pros:

A high standard of service with very pleasant staff. Beautiful decor. A very wide, good quality choice at breakfast. Really appreciated the opportunity to relax in a pleasant lounge with complimentary water, hot beverages and biscuits. A convenient location.

Cons:

No possibility of evening dining in the hotel but plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so not a problem.

Perfect stay and breakfast in Brussels
Pros:

A very beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Brussels. A/C in the room we stayed in on the first night stopped working, and they upgraded the room.
The room was huge and comfortable.
The breakfast was amazing.
