very happy with the hotel, staff were excellent.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, location very pretty and ideal for access to the city.

Cons:

I think the tea, coffee, milk in room could be improved. We only got 2 little pots of milk, had to go to desk to get milk in a jug.

A good find.
Pros:

Great location, castle, cathedral, belfry, restaurants and boat rides all within a 15 minute walk. The train is further but easy to use the T4 tram. Taxi’s overpriced.

Cons:

Cooked breakfast options very limited and because of this arguably expensive for what it was. You have to book breakfast for the whole stay or not at all. So if you don’t like it, it’s too late.

Emplacement top, personnel adorable

Cons:

Chambre annoncée avec vie canal n'en a pas vraiment,, étant au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée et les fenêtres possédant des carreaux de polis d'époque, cachés derrière des rideaux inclus dans le cadre de la fenêtre... La chambre bien que grande reste peu confortable a l'usage pour 2 personnes du fait de l'absence de porte pour la salle de bains. La douche est terriblement glissante.

Beautiful comfy hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

We loved this place - we were travelling with my parents who had been before and wanted to show it to us as my mum loved all the comic touches. Some had gone (for good reason) and the name has been changed but we were pleased to see the essence is the same. Loved the comic theme which is tastefully done. Room was great with a canal view. Bed was very comfy and shower good. My parents room had a massive bath in their room which was more spacious as they paid more. Breakfast was superb and the staff were really friendly. We didn't use the bar as there were so many good options nearby but it looked lovely. The location is fabulous - on a quieter canal but very close to the centre with all its attractions. We'd definitely stay again.

Cons:

Shower a little slippery on the floor. There could be more storage solutions even in a smaller room but it was OK. Another cup for tea or a longer hot drink would be good and more non caffeine teas (but you can ask for all this at reception). More egg choices at breakfast would be good and my mum who is diabetic would have preferred a sugar free cereal, but the breakfast was excellent overall.

Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is uitstekend. Het ligt dicht bij de meeste toeristische attracties en er zijn voldoende goede restaurantjes in de buurt. De familiekamer bood voldoende ruimte en was schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wij hadden meer luxe verwacht voor de prijs die wij hebben betaald. Geen parkeergelegenheid in de buurt.
