Friendly staff quiet location
Pros:

I love the location of the hotel. It was close to everything but on a quiet street. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Kathy, who works at breakfast, couldn’t be any sweeter.

Cons:

The only thing about our room(102) was the shower. The shower door open inward and it made it a bit challenging to get in and out. I know they are doing some renovations so I hope they include this in it.

Perfect location and very quite.
Pros:

Your team at the front desk. Attentive and helpful. They even booked us at a restaurant while we were out exploring.

Cons:

I wish I would have upgraded to a view room. Wasn't your fault though. The location made up for view.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ebenfalls.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und mit uns wurden viele Informationen geteilt zu Sightseeing etc. Das war sehr hiflreich.

Cons:

Es könnte ein paar mehr Infos zum Parken auf der Homepage geben und eine Empfehlung welches Parkhaus am besten zu erreichen ist. Das fand ich nicht so übersichtlich auf der Seite.

Prima locatie, alles op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer, fijne bedden, prima badkamer

Cons:

Verlichting was niet optimaal. De kamer werd enorm fel verlicht en de verlichting was niet dimbaar.

Lovely stay with river view
Pros:

Such a lovely place. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was exceptionally well designed with everything in its right place, and everything you could need was available. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the shower was strong. We were lucky to have a view of the river and the beautiful swaying willow trees. It is also close to all the main streets and situated right behind the castle. Also they have birdsong playing in the reception toilets for your dignity!
