Location was very convenient, Hotel was clean and comfortable, Helpful staff
Location was excellent. Very attractive property front overlooking open grassed area and waterway. Area was very quiet but only 5 minutes' walk from Ghent centre. Staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel appeared spotlessly clean and well decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and with a reasonable choice.

Room had unattractive and disappointing outlook on to neighbouring building. Breakfast was quite expensive.
Drinking water in room needed replacement more frequently and had to be requested at reception. Was easier to buy bottles.
Fantastische locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Hoeslaken bevatte vlekken. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie maar in eerste instantie nog niet verholpen. Bij een tweede melding wel direct opgepakt.
The location, the quiet area a stone's throw from all the sights, the friendliness of the staff, the nice breakfast... I liked this hotel a lot.
Just a little thing. I couldn't figure out where the lights were... turns out they were practically all controlled from a central panel that I thought only controlled the heating...
Our week in Kent was made very comfortable by the exceptional staff at this hotel. From the speedy responses to the friendly atmosphere, the service was 10/10. We also enjoyed the spacious rooms and the excellent breakfast selection.
A quick note for future guests: our room featured an open-plan bathroom without a door, which may be a privacy concern for those traveling with older children. The toilet cubicle was also a bit snug for anyone on the taller side. However, the rest of the facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed our stay."

Room was small for a double and not one of the ones shown above n photos. Bed filled most of the space. I felt the hotel allocated the crap room because we booked early. There were better rooms free.
accueil de Ann en particulier et de toute l'équipe en général mais Ann est la plus à l'aise en français, toujours souriante et prête à aider, bonnes adresses aux alentours, l'emplacement est idéal proche du vieux centre (5 minutes à pieds) et suffisamment excentré pour être au calme, superbe literie, on a déjà réservé pour y retourner!
