Pros:

Prima studio en beste wat er in de buurt te vinden is voor een redelijke prijs, als je in de buurt moet zijn voor werk.

Cons:

De omgeving is niet prettig en voelt niet veilig. Je gaat niet even ergens een hapje eten in de buurt. Dus je kunt beter iets meenemen om in de studio te bereiden.

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war Top. Wir haben als eine Gruppe von 16 Menschen gebucht. Das Hostelzimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Eigentümer waren auch immer für Rückfragen telefonisch erreichbar, auch außerhalb der angegebenen Geschäftszeiten. Die Küche war ganz ok ausgestattet, sodass man hin und wieder Nudeln kochen konnte anstelle von in Brüssel essen zu gehen (was auf dauer doch ziemlich teuer ist). Der Weg zu Ubahn oder Bus war kurz und man war innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Europäischen Viertel oder in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Ich habe hier viele Negativbewertungen über das Viertel gelesen. Zum Teil kommt es einem auch sehr sketchy vor, keine Frage. Allerdings sind einige der Bewertungen meiner Meinung nach hier Überzogen. Ja es ist nicht ein schönes Viertel von Brüssel, man kann definitiv in besseren Lagen buchen, allerdings hatten wir die Woche wo wir da waren keine Probleme.

Hotel is good but not the location

Clean and well maintained and secured

Cons:

Location is bit odd and for first time traveler like me the impression on Brussels was diff as the place is crowded with cars and doesn’t feel good and it’s not recommended for family people

La ubicación, en un barrio muy sucio, con las calles llenas de basura y un olor no muy agradable. No me he sentido muy segura caminando hasta el alojamiento.

Pros:

l’établissement est super très propre et entretenue, bien agencé et bien sécuriser avec les deux portes en bas. de plus, le personnel est très accueillant.

Cons:

par contre j’ai moins apprécié le quartier n’est pas très bien desservi. Pour notre part si vous arrivez le soir, aucun commerce n’est à côté.

Parfait séjour dans un studio cosy
Pros:

Appart très bien équipé, literie au top ! Il ne manque rien. Emplacement idéal : proche de la gare, métro et bus. Quartier animé en journée et calme le soir.

Muy bien pero un poco inseguro..

El alojamiento en si, muy bien, muy comodo, limpio y bonito, todo lo que hacia falta lo teniamos. Tambien barato y muy cerca de la estación Midi y del centro

La ubicación bastante mal, varios conductores de uber nos advirtieron de robos y tiroteos en el barrio, no nos pasó nada pero nos sentiamos un poco inseguras porque la gente se te queda mirando mucho. Tambien estamos teniendo problemas con la devolución de la fianza, estuvimos hasta el dia 2 de marzo y hoy, dia 12, ese dinero sigue sin llegarme, me he puesto en contacto con ellos y estamos intentando solucionarlo pero creo que no va a poder ser… La fianza se hace a traves de otra plataforma diferente a booking pero bueno, nota final un 7/10
