Great stay at L-Avenue
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel L’Avenue . The hotel is located in a great area, making it easy to reach many tourist attractions. Everything was extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and quiet, especially since we had a family room overlooking the inner courtyard.
The hotel also offers a lovely relaxation area and a gym. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable city break!

Excellent hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Accommodation, cleanliness and personal friendliness were exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, personnel very helpful with any issue raised. Location is excelent as well, a small Carrefour shop 50 m away for shopping. The suite had a kitchenette included which proved to be very well equipped.

Cons:

Although very good, the breakfast is a little bit overpriced, even for a 4 star hotel. There was little choice left if one shows up 30 minutes before closing time and most of the things do not get replenished.
The underground parking is also very useful and the concierge was extremely helpful, however the garage entrance is extremely narrow (broad cars need to check the dimensions and most likely clap their exterior mirrors to fit) and on the expensive side.
The heating and fanning were very difficult to figure out, so instruction manuals would be very welcome (or short instructions on how to work with room temperature/climatisation/etc).
