Don't trust the staff
Pros:

Very nice and large bathroom, I had the disabled room. Not sure if I made a mistake booking or it was assigned to me but the advantage was a huge bathroom that was well equipped.

Cons:

Forgot my charger in the room, when I called about it it was nowhere to be found. Guess someone from the staff could use it. So not happy with the honesty of the staff.

Decent stopover for a night
Pros:

Close to the ring road and easily accessible by car (less so by public transport). Parking does cost €19 per day, but is spacious, suitable for low clearance (sports) cars and has plenty of EV chargers. The room was modern, clean, had a mini fridge, good bed, iron and was fine. Conveniently has a restaurant in case needed (not tried, arrived late).

Cons:

Breakfast is expensive at €19, but I didn’t try it.

Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins. Très serviables et rendent vraiment votre séjour agréable!
La literie est juste INCROYABLE. La double vasque dans la salle de bain et une très grande douche c’est juste PARFAIT pour les couples ou entres amies. La présence d’un bar et d’un restaurant au 12eme étage de l’hôtel avec une très belle vue sur la ville.

Cons:

La qualité du petit déjeuner. Booking indique un « superbe petit déjeuner » mais j’ai été très déçu. Il n’y avait pas assez de choix de manière globale surtout au niveau des viennoiseries. Durant notre séjour nous déjeunions aux alentours de 8h30 et la nourriture était très tiède. C’est assez dommage, parce que l’hôtel est tellement bien mais on ne s’attend pas à un petit déjeuner de cette qualité.
En termes de localisation (je vous conseille d’être VÉHICULÉ sinon c’est assez difficile d’accès. L’arrêt de tram n’étant pas forcément à proximité).

Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, moderne en hygiënische kamers.
Hotel dichtbij medialaan was ook top. Op loopafstand te doen.

Cons:

Dat de bar al om 00:00 gesloten is lol.

POOR TREATMENT

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS.

Our flight was cancelled and it was impossible to contact the accommodation to let them know. Calls went unanswered, emails went unreturned, and we received absolutely no help from the establishment.

Customer service is non-existent and the treatment we received, when they finally did reply, was unpleasant and unprofessional. A situation like this shows a lack of professionalism and a total lack of empathy towards customers.

A very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.
