Hôtel topissime que je recommande
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour du vendredi au dimanche, au calme et pas très éloigné du centre de Bruxelles. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, le style de l'hôtel et sa modernité. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil attentionné et d'une disponibilité de l'équipe pour répondre à nos demandes. Nos deux chambres étaient propres, spacieuses et bien équipées, avec des lits confortables. Très bonne idée pour les fontaines d'eau aux étages. C'est top d'avoir un bar et un restaurant sur place. Nous avons pu déguster de bons cocktails, et consommer des plats savoureux. Les petits déjeuners étaient variés et délicieux. Dommage que les distributeurs d'eaux aromatisées n'étaient pas rechargé, notamment pour celle aux gingembre et citron, malgré notre signalement au personnel dès le samedi matin.

Cons:

Une suggestion pour avoir un peu plus d'informations et/ou affichages : contact pour joindre le standart de l'hôtel, afin de bénéficier du room-service, en termes de snaking de 14h30 à 17h30.

Great business hotel
Pros:

Clean, efficient and great service! Had a small problem with the electric plugs in my room; they upgraded my daughter and I in a much better room! Great breakfast, easy parking, nice facilities! Definitely recommend

Chambre agréable et confortable, très bonne literie.
Hôtel proche de l'aréna mais éloigné du centre de Bruxelles
Hôtel avec bar et restaurant. Le bar doit normalement fermer à 1h...nous avons été recalé à notre arrivée à 23h et c'est bien dommage.
Parking payant 19€ pour nous et 10€ pour des clients devant nous !!
Petit déjeuner varié mais sans plus.
Personnel assez sympa dans l'ensemble : mention spéciale pour Pedro à l'accueil qui était top.
Dans l'ensemble un peu déçu par le service et les prestations de cet hôtel qui est 4 étoiles
