Génial, magnifique. merci
Pros:

Tout sans exception, surtout le distributeur d'eau plate ou pétillante au étages sa ses génial, petit déjeuner magnifique beaucoup de chois et prix raisonnable.

Cons:

Ses surtout plutôt pour être pris en humour positif, mon épouse étais surprise a chaque passage devant la tète du robot qui la fessait flipper.

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter la région. Personnel très agréable et qui pour la grande majorité parlait français donc un vrai plus pour nous.

On aurait aimé un lit un peu plus ferme
Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas ce qui était gênant dans la mesure où nous étions là pour 1 semaine comme le fait de n'avoir qu'une seule chaise.
Un prix dégressif selon le nombre de nuitées pour le parking serait un plus car cela fait un budget

A solid four-star hotel with excellent rooms and a couple of great staff, but isolated and let down
Pros:

Pedro was excellent and easily the standout member of staff. I was actually considering checking out early, but he handled things so well that he convinced me to stay. There was also a Hungarian lady at the restaurant who was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. Both of them made a noticeable difference to my stay. The hotel itself is also new, modern, comfortable, and feels like a proper four-star property.

Cons:

Unfortunately, most of the other staff I dealt with were the opposite. They were cold, distant, and not particularly pleasant. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, so do not stay here if you want to step outside into restaurants, shops, or Brussels city life. It works if you want somewhere quiet and isolated, or if you are hiding from everyone.

Top hotel!
Pros:

Fantastisch hotel, heel mooi en zeer hygiënisch, zeer goeie bedden. Zeer ruime kamer met ruime badkamer, ook shampoo en douchegel voorhanden. Ik ga regelmatig terug. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Top hotel!
