Very disappointing experience. Luna Ola Residences presents itself as a five-star property, but unfortunately, the reality did not live up to those expectations.
The property itself is beautiful and well located, and the staff were very kind and courteous. However, the services were practically non-existent, and the cleanliness of the room was far below what you would expect from a five-star establishment. The room was damp, dirty, and full of ants, and even the bed sheets were stained.
The pick-up service from the port was also extremely overpriced considering the quality of the service, and we were asked to pay in cash without having been informed about this beforehand.
Overall, while the property has great potential and a good location, the poor cleanliness, lack of services, and disappointing attention to detail made our stay much less enjoyable than expected. Definitely not the five-star experience we were expecting.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of beach clubs such as finns and atlantis. plenty of things to do around the canggu area and explore
we didn't enjoy how loud other guests were who didn't respect the other customers within the hotel which is no fault of the staff or the hotel itself.

everything was in great condition and we absolutely loved our stay there. simple and clean. walking distance from Finn’s and Atlas (the big nightclubs), for very good restaurants (we recommend matas; about 10 mins walk), a lot of shops, cafes, minimarts etc are very close walking distance. very quiet and peaceful despite being close to everything as is on a side street with little traffic. staff are tremendous.
everything was great, from staff to pool to amenities. also the cheapest laundry service we’ve had in bali.
