mooie plek . 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum . Kamer was goed en ontbijt was ook goed.. een levendig hotel samen met Ibis.

Really comfortable stay
Pros:

Very clean hotel. Extremely close to Dampoort train station and a Carrefour nearby. The city center is at a walkable distance and the walk is a pleasant one. The staff was really cordial and friendly. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Ample lighting in the room.

Cons:

In the lobby restroom, the mobility detector was not working in the individual cabin so I was left in the dark and it was quite inconvenient. Not all TV stations on the TV were available.

Pros:

La habitación era muy completa con una pequeña cocina funcional y algunos electrodomésticos para apañar una cena improvisada en la habitación. El baño estaba bien distribuido y limpio.
El aparcamiento es un poco caro pero hay que reconocer que tienen plazas de sobra con la suficiente amplitud para aparcar tranquilamente incluso vehículos grandes (ex: SUV, 4×4).
Las zonas comunes són agradables y para todos los gustos (mesa de ping-pong, sitio de lectura, terraza...).

Cons:

La zona queda un poco alejada del centro histórico si se va a pie, y aparentemente los alrededores parecen un tanto decadentes y desvencijados. Un curioso contraste con el alojamiento y sus instalaciones.

Idéal pour visiter gand
Pros:

Super bien situé pour visiter gand ( 20 min à pieds).
( D'ailleurs pour une visite de la ville avec des enfants : télécharger l'application dragon fosfor de l'Office du tourisme : un parcours d'enigmes au top!)
A la limite de la ZFE : pas besoin de payer la taxe .

Pros:

Hotel cercano a la estación de Dampoort, muy cómodo si llegas por ese medio de transporte a la ciudad. Buen desayuno en el hotel. Camas cómodas y habitación limpia.

Cons:

Queda a unos 20-25 minutos caminando del centro de Gante.

Good location and convenient parking, but let down by an impractical bathroom design and an underwhelming breakfast.
Pros:

Good location within walking distance of the city centre (approximately 15–20 minutes). The hotel also offers its own parking, which is very convenient. Street parking can be limited, especially on weekends, so having the option of private parking is a clear advantage. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The main issue was the bathroom, which was disproportionately small compared to the room. The design felt impractical; the sink in particular was too small, making it uncomfortable to use, with water easily spilling outside. The bathroom could have been slightly larger without compromising the room space.
Additionally, the breakfast did not meet expectations. It was quite basic, crowded, and offered limited variety. Considering the price (€17), it did not provide good value for money.
