Das Frühstück war zwar inclusive aber es war auch sehr bescheiden. Leider war die ganze Zeit die Kaffeemaschine kaputt, so dass wir lediglich Orangensaft zum trinken bekamen.

vie nocturne très intense donc bruyante. Petit déjeuner ridicule: pas de café, ni thé, pas de croissanterie ni charcuterie ni fromage! ! Le bruit toute la nuit et l’absence de petit-déjeuner digne de ce nom et indigne pour le prix payé.

Det eneste negative var at det var en del støy om natten fra en bar i gaten utenfor hotellet. Dette gjorde det vanskelig å sove godt, spesielt sent på kvelden og utover natten. Ellers hadde vi et veldig fint opphold.

There is no breakfast at all, nothing not even a coffee! Even if the coffee machine was broken, there is ways of making coffee!
They don’t speak any English, and trying to avoid you. Ridiculous!
The place is within a bar, entrance through the back of bar, door to the lift floor all broken with holes on floor loosely pieces, weird place!
Clearly management doesn’t have customers experience! Don’t book here even if it’s cheap as chips!

The manager from Ecuador with reading glasses wasn’t welcoming. He lacks communication skills. I got there at 2:30pm and he wouldn’t check me in until 3pm. So I sat next to him to wait on his approval at 3pm check-in time. Two more guests came in after me and he checked them in right away. I was being ignored for no apparent reason and he did not care to help me until I asked again if I was able to check in.

When I got to the room the shower wasn’t working. The bathroom sliding door broke off and fell on me and the balcony door broke off and fell on me. I tried to get switched to another room but nothing was available. The manager was unable to refund me since I booked through booking.com and booking.com has ignored my emails.

I moved to the Marriott Grand Place hotel across the street which was double the price because I was so exhausted from a 10 flight from Africa and needed a quick shower and some sleep. The second night I found a better hotel called La Bourse Hotel. Location is great, great staff and beautiful balcony and cheap rate.

As of now, Im working with Amex to dispute the charges that were never refunded to me.

O atrium em si, tem aspeto de um bar noturno e não propriamente duma recessão de um hotel, as instalações tinham um pouco de falta de manutenção, pois os puxadores e corrimões saiam com facilidade, o chão que dá para a casa de banho tem uma fenda que precisa de ser reparada e no final, eu fiquei preso em Namur durante a noite e quando cheguei não só não fui informado quando era o check-out, só mesmo à última da hora e fui cobrado uma taxa injusta de 50€ por mais uma noite que nem sequer frequentei pois nesse dia, no dia do check-out, tive de ir para o aeroporto de Amesterdão.

Sinceramente, recomendo a localização mas o hotel para o preço-qualidade não sei se voltaria de novo.

Apesar de ter conhecido pessoas simpáticas que falavam português, acho que no fim pelas coisas como decorreram como disse acima, não consigo recomendar este lugar.
