It was pleasant, very convenient location and professional and pleasant staff. The gym was poor.
Pros:

Breakfast had a nice range of food choices. The room and environment was very clean. The staff were on hand, very pleasant and professional. The location was very good.

Cons:

The juice provided wasn't natural (freshly) squeezed. The gym facilities was very underwhelming. All the pulley machines were either broken or not working properly. There wasn't enough floor area to do workouts.

Welcoming and fun
Pros:

The service was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The laundry service was exceptional and the facilities in the hotel such as the spa and hair salon were great.

Cons:

The wifi in the hotel (not including the room) was really bad. It kept disconnecting. I wish there were more vegan options at the facility.

Good location and a good nights sleep

It was very spacious and the perfect location for us

Cons:

We didn’t get floor towels the first night we were there and toilet seat was broken so needed to be replaced but was done quite promptly once requested.
