The ambience was good and the hotel staffs are well trained to attend to all your needs. The room was good value for money and I enjoyed the hydrating water by the reception alotttt! That is really thoughtful

Pros:

Perfect location in Lekki, secured and easily accessible. The hotel has many commodities (two restaurants, a spa, a cinema, a rooftop, 2 swimming pools, etc.) and activities planned during the week. The staff was really caring and polite. The rooms were clean and confortable. I recommand.

Cons:

The food often comes quite late when ordering at the restaurants.
The rooftop swimming pool could be clearer.

Hospitality by the staff was exceptional!
Pros:

The front desk manager, Mary- made the rooms extremely comfortable for the guests. That proactive thinking made the trip extra special. The food and beverage manager, David- attention to timing and detail was on point. Staff was so warm and welcoming. A special shout out to the porters and doormen! Thank you to everyone for making our first time stay- not the last!

Cons:

There wasn’t a money changer vendor on property. Method of payments are cashless - so how do you do that? As a visitor to this country, I had to go to questionable places to change my money to make it a “transfer.” Safety should be one of the hotel’s highest concerns- that did not make me feel safe.

The staff are very warm and available. Special kudos to the restaurant staff and the tall fair manager on duty

Cons:

There is no extractor in the bathroom so the bathroom emits odour.
While having dinner a workman was busy working on the fire exit door in the restaurant. You wonder if this couldn't have been done before or after dinner.
Pricey for what is on offer.
I booked in naira and was charged in USD which was in turn converted into naira at a rate determined by the hotel. Their reason: that they were advised in USD by Booking.com. Their rate was by far higher than the street/black market rate. I offered to pay with a Dollar card and still they declined. At the end of the day I paid way more than I would have paid if I was a walk-in guest. I complained, and their response was to return N100/$. Still higher than the black market rate & over the counter rate.

It was enjoyable and I look fwd to going again
Pros:

the overall ambiance of the setting and the lounges

The level of decor and cleanliness of the property was also grand

More can be done on staff training - re understanding of service provision and professionalisim - however, they were OK

Cons:

Breakfast was not as grand as I had anticipated but it was adequate

Also, some of the front desk staff were not as professional as I expected - but overall, they were ok
