It was unwelcoming and unrelaxing
Pros:

Room service staff were rude. refused to bring food to the room for my kids. had to report, the supervisor came up and said we needed to pay before we can have food brought. it was unbelievable

Cons:

How can I not have food charged to my room, calling room service up to 5 times for food. The cleaners didn't change bedsheets and kept leaving dirt at different corners of the room.

The suits should have more than one toilet to make family stay more comfortable

The emvironment , ambience and neatness

Cons:

Enquiries revelealed that even the suits have only one toilet. I will have to share toilet with my domestic servant and we waited in turn to pee during our stay.
