Boa, segura e confortável.
Pros:

Recomendo, tudo o que você precisa, além da segurança e comida boa possui uma excelente academia e quadras de tenis, todos com instrutores, piscina fantastica.

Cons:

Quantidade de meninas que deixam entrar a partir das 21:00, elas incomodam oferecendo seus serviços aleatóriamente

Stay was 'OK' but has lot of room for improvement.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Overall, the staff was helpful. They allowed late check out which was helpful as we had a night flight.

Cons:

Food, including breakfast was sub-standard, even though prices were as high as those in Europe. Only the Joloff was decent. Not much choice and same food day in day out. Facilities including room in need of some refurbishment. WiFi was very poor and connection inconsistent. Definitely not a 4 star or 5 star hotel.

It was unwelcoming and unrelaxing
Pros:

Room service staff were rude. refused to bring food to the room for my kids. had to report, the supervisor came up and said we needed to pay before we can have food brought. it was unbelievable

Cons:

How can I not have food charged to my room, calling room service up to 5 times for food. The cleaners didn't change bedsheets and kept leaving dirt at different corners of the room.
