The suits should have more than one toilet to make family stay more comfortable

The emvironment , ambience and neatness

Cons:

Enquiries revelealed that even the suits have only one toilet. I will have to share toilet with my domestic servant and we waited in turn to pee during our stay.

Eko Hotel Suites raised the bar, and then upgraded the whole experience.
Pros:

Eko Hotel Suites completely exceeded expectations. On arrival I was unexpectedly upgraded to a huge suite, far beyond what I had booked, and that generous gesture immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a truly excellent stay.

The hotel facilities are impressive, but the real highlight for me was the Lagos Irish Pub inside the complex. It had a great atmosphere, sport showing around the clock, a strong drinks selection, and excellent entertainment. The live female singer on Friday night was fantastic, and the Saturday karaoke created a fun, relaxed vibe that made it easy to spend the whole evening there.

Rooms were super clean, comfortable, and clearly very well maintained. Staff throughout the hotel were professional, attentive, and clearly focused on the guest experience, with real attention paid to the small details that make a stay memorable.

Overall, Eko Hotel Suites felt like a genuine class act, polished, welcoming, and consistently high quality. I will return again and again.

Cons:

I found, given the size of the hotel, that the late-night soom service options were not as extensive as I thought they might be.

Life changing
Pros:

I love Eko Hotel and Suites. The place is amazing. I love the atmosphere, the location, the people, the food, and generally everything about the resort.

Cons:

The room was not as nice as I was expecting for the price. The phone didn't work well, the AC needed fixing.

For a first timer, I enjoyed my stay. I look forward to coming back.
Pros:

Cynthia from the reception handled us with so much professionalism and understanding. Her service, excellent. Her concern about our well-being during the stay, unmatched. I liked the room space and the hotel cleanliness.

Cons:

The Atado restaurant crew however can improve on their customer relations skills with each other. One particular morning, the wait staff were going on at each other in loud voices and we could not have breakfast in peace.
