Staff in Delborough hotel are welcoming and nice. Beautiful decor and ambience.
Nothing - gets booked up pretty quickly
Friendly staff
This hotel positions itself as a luxury, five-star experience. My stay did not reflect that standard at any level. I booked a Deluxe Single Room which was extremely small and did not match the pictures or expectations set by the category or price point.
More importantly, the basics did not work. There was no reliable internet connection, the water was not consistently hot, and the pressure was weak.
Breakfast was basic with additional charges for room service. The lobby itself is small and does not reflect a premium offering. Overall, the facilities do not align with the way this hotel is marketed or standards i'm used to.
The staff were professional and tried to assist, but they were working within a system that did not fix the problems. I ended up checking out a night early because the room was not usable.
What is most concerning is that this does not appear to be a one-off experience. Other guests have reported similar issues including poor maintenance, humidity, inconsistent facilities, and a gap between pricing and actual value delivered.
If you are considering this hotel, be clear on what you are paying for. The pricing suggests a luxury experience. The reality does not match it.

1) I checked into here for a few days over my birthday celebrations in March 2026. I booked the Junior suite but the space felt really cramped and because the air conditioner didn't work, I was moved into a superior double room which had a more massive space and this was what I required for my glam team the following morning, thank God. The staff was very courteous and accommodating.
2) I was given a complimentary massage for the inconvenience which was very useful and much needed.
3) The hotel kindly stored items in the fridge which is not common and for this I am grateful - **A star service**

(1) The internet was very dodgy, it was better switching to network data (2) The event management is poor and hotel guests were extremely inconvenienced when Tiwa Savage had her foundation show there
