Service was excellent and the room was nice
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice at two completely different times (Oct and now May) and have been woken up in the middle of the night from them doing maintenance in the restaurant below.
It makes no sense to stay at a hotel that doesn’t care if you can sleep through the night without noise.
Some of the waiters were very good.

Hardly anything to complain about. Staff are not allowed to take tips which seems odd when you want to thank someone for their service but to say that's an issue is probably unfair

However, the hotel seems to present itself as a five-star property, which doesn’t match the actual experience. The facilities feel quite outdated — carpets in the toom looked worn and not very clean, and the general condition of the rooms didn’t meet a high standard of cleanliness.
A major issue was the rooms themselves: out of the three rooms we booked, two had windows that were essentially unusable, covered with a semi-transparent material that you couldn’t see through. This made the rooms feel closed and uncomfortable.
The towels were also very old and worn out — their color had faded to a grayish tone, which gave an impression of poor hygiene.
The biggest concern is the price, which was extremely high and comparable to a five-star hotel in London, but without offering the same level of quality or comfort.
The staffs were exceptionally professional. Welcoming and accommodating.

Staff were very pleasant and quick to restock fridge, reset room and assist with any queries.
to slightly improve i would recommend more European style breakfast options. aside from yam and egg, sausage and bacon most of the food was lunch dinner type food. also the pancakes and waffles were a bit stale, there was no porridge either

This hotel positions itself as a luxury, five-star experience. My stay did not reflect that standard at any level. I booked a Deluxe Single Room which was extremely small and did not match the pictures or expectations set by the category or price point.
More importantly, the basics did not work. There was no reliable internet connection, the water was not consistently hot, and the pressure was weak.
Breakfast was basic with additional charges for room service. The lobby itself is small and does not reflect a premium offering. Overall, the facilities do not align with the way this hotel is marketed or standards i'm used to.
The staff were professional and tried to assist, but they were working within a system that did not fix the problems. I ended up checking out a night early because the room was not usable.
What is most concerning is that this does not appear to be a one-off experience. Other guests have reported similar issues including poor maintenance, humidity, inconsistent facilities, and a gap between pricing and actual value delivered.
If you are considering this hotel, be clear on what you are paying for. The pricing suggests a luxury experience. The reality does not match it.
