Pros:

Tout ! Super établissement nous nous attendions pas a cela. Notre chambre a pleins de fenêtre avec la vue dans la forêt, directement dans le parc.
Le parc a pleins de passerelle pour faire le tour a notre convenance et admirer la faune et la flore.
Et le lendemain matin José nous fait une balade d’une heure gratuitement pour nous montrer des animaux et nous donner des explications. C etait genial !!! Je recommande les yeux fermés !!!

Pleasant stay, nice room. Could be excellent
Pros:

The room was very good, this was a double with balcony. The room was clean, spacious and well furnished. Comfortable bed and a good bathroom. A good sized balcony. Parking was directly in front of the building. Set in jungle type grounds, plenty of wildlife, close to small restaurants and supermarket. The person who checked us in at reception was polite and professional. We walked the hanging bridges to the main building which looked very nice with great views.

Cons:

The room was a double with balcony, it was one of the cheaper rooms, at the bottom of the resort. Therefore it did not have the great views which came with rooms in the main building, this was expected, we knew this before we booked. However the area around our building was generally unkempt, with building debris, tools, old wood etc left dumped. The water features and ponds were not working, dirty, with a bit of green stagnant water in the bottom and the park itself, especially the bottom part had the feel of a rundown theme park. This could be easily remedied with very little expense, a small clean up team, a weekends work, and by getting rid of the cheap, nasty plastic animals and plastic flowers, they distract from the natural beauty, the area doesn’t need them. If this were done I would review it as 10/10

Habitacion amplia y bonito sendero.
Pros:

El desayuno, y la terraza donde estaba el comedor. Excelente vista y atencion del personal en esta zona.

Cons:

La vista que nos tocó. La habitación indicaba "VISTA AL OCEANO", y esto no es así, se aprecia parcialmente si te pones en un costado del balcón, esto es un juego de palabras que no es necesario. Para el valor de las habitaciones.

Primer dia en nuestro baño no habia toallas para manos, solicitamos, las trajeron. Al otro dia habia solo una, solicitamos y trajaeron toallas grandes. Y al tercer dia nuevamente no habian toallas pequeñas..... nos aburrimos de pedir, ya que la respuesta no era la mas agradable.

Lugar mágico
Pros:

Lamento que me quedé solo dos noches! Un sitio tan espectacular merece claramente más días. Óptimo desayuno, el servicio es muy válido, muy cariñoso y amable el chico que nos atendió. Vimos muchos tucanes y una pareja de Macao rojos, maravillosa!

Hermosísimo hotel en lo alto de una montaña
Pros:

Todo el personal buenísima onda. Es un lugar paradisíaco, en lo alto de las montañas, con un pedazo de bosque, puentes colgantes, hermosas vistas desde la habitación y súper cerca del parque nacional. El guía que nos llevó por el bosque a través de los puentes, muy bueno.

Cons:

Para personas mal de la rodilla o con problemas para desplazarse no lo recomiendo. Cuesta un poco de trabajo llegar al sitio, pero los vecinos fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron

Fantastic place for wildlife and to relax
Pros:

Room was very clean and well presented as was the bathroom.
ALL the Staff were very friendly and helpful.
As others have said, the breakfast was excellent.
The guided tour around the park and along the hanging bridges where we got to see 2 sloths, the 3 species of monkeys and various birds to name a few.

Cons:

The lack of the bar being open in the afternoon. It was a shame we could get a beer or gin to enjoy whilst watching the wildlife.

O staff é bastante atencioso. O hotel é bem silencioso, cercado de natureza, e a vista do quarto e do restaurante é linda!! As camas e travesseiros muito confortáveis e o café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

O serviço de quarto deixou um pouco a desejar...não limparam nosso quarto no primeiro dia, além disso, dissemos que o ralo do banheiro estava entupido e pedimos para verificarem enquanto estávamos fora, mas nada foi feito. Por último, numa noite que estava chovendo muito forte, não abriram o restaurante, e nao havia serviço de quarto, ou seja, precisamos sair pra comer, sob uma chuva torrencial, porque nao tínhamos o que comer no hotel.
