Pros:

Die Lage, die Sicht in die Berge, atemberaubender Blick

Cons:

Es wird ein Pool gebaut und wir hatten die Baustelle vor der Base. Keine Intimität, es roch die ganze Zeit nach Lack. Wir haben es gemeldet, aber entgegen gekommen ist man uns leider nicht.

Tolle Tierwelt und einen tollen Blick auf das Tal und das Meer
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich.
Es gab jede Menge Tiere zu sehen.
Der Hoteleigenen Hängebrückenpark mit einer kostenlosen Führung war super.
Frühstück war gut und das Restaurant abends kann man gut empfehlen

Cons:

Zimmer waren relativ klein.
Baustelle während unseres Aufenthaltes
wenige Parkplätze

Great location, great staff, hanging bridges, breakfast and free walking tour were perfect
Pros:

The staff were amazing, the free walking tour around the property was incredible, the views and the breakfast were lovely, the hanging bridges were awesome and the natural wildlife was beautiful. The location was close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected, we could hear the staff below our room talking through the drains and it was very loud

War mal top,.... vielleicht bald wieder?
Pros:

Servicemitarbeitende waren alle sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels in einem kleinen Privatpark mit einigen Hängebrücken ist praktisch. Wir hatten ein relativ frisch renoviertes Zimmer.

Cons:

Einige Bereiche werden aktuell renoviert und es liegt zum einen viel Baumaterial herum und es kommt zu Baulärm. Die Parkanlage bräuchte ebenfalls eine Erneuerung. Aktuell ist die Zip-Line Anlage ausser Betrieb.

Es war sicher mal ein ganz tolles Hotel und könnte auch wieder eines sein. Im Moment muss man allerdings Abstriche machen.

Lugar extraño entre hotel y parque de la naturaleza sin mantenimiento
Pros:

El trato del personal y entorno tan verde donde se encontraba.

Cons:

El hotel está dividido en 2 edificios. Uno más moderno y que está en proceso de renovación y con vistas (en la parte alta) y otro que está en la parte baja de la propiedad y sin vistas. Hay bastante diferencia entre unas habitaciones y otras (la nuestra más antigua y peor situada, con la incomodidad de tener que subir en coche a desayunar (la propiedad está, como casi todos los hoteles en Monteverde, en ladera muy empinada). Nosotros estuvimos alojados en la parte baja. El desayuno muy limitado. Es complicado dar con él (cuando pones la ubicación, te lleva por otra entrada, que realmente es la salida). El hotel, es hotel, pero también es una especie de parque temático con puentes colgantes en la propiedad. El mantenimiento de todo deja bastante que desear.

Tiene varios puentes colgantes de acceso libre por la finca, con posibilidad de tour guiado gratuito por la mañana

Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, estaba todo limpio y el desayuno buffet muy completo. Hicimos un safari por el hotel con el guía y vimos muchísimos animales.

Cons:

Los animales son el reclamo del hotel, no de forma orgánica ni porque vivan ahí, si no porque les dan de comer para atraerlos

Hôtel sympa si on est dans la bâtiment principal
Pros:

J'avais réservé une chambre avec vue sur jardin. Au début, on nous avait mis dans l'annexe qui est au coeur du parc. La chambre était trop petite pour 4 et les enfants devaient dormir sur un canapé lit dont le matelat était au sol. Autant dire que le confort n'était pas à la hauteur du prix. De plus, les voisins étaient bruyants. Nous avons demandé à changer et ils l'ont fait gentiement sans demander de supplément. Une fois dans le bâtiment principal, le confort était meilleur et la vue plus à la hauteur de l'attente. L'expérience ne sera pas la même en fonction de votre chambre.
On a pu utiliser les ponts suspendus.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas top. Peu de choix.
Le nettoyage des chambres devraient être améliorer.
