Located in the heart of mountains, very well maintained property and staff went above and beyond to provide services. Very peaceful and quiet place to enjoy the nature

Beautiful place to stay! Comfortable and the staff were all friendly.
The only problem was the dogs barking for hours on end. They were likely the neighbors packs of dogs but could still be heard quite loudly which was annoying. The last night the sweet little dog at the hotel started in with them around 3:30 am waking us up.

Amazing food, excellent staff. Was treated like royalty!

Poor maintenance of facility -in disrepair and dirty
Towels were filthy and torn with stains
No housekeeping service was provided during our stay; After two days, we were informed via WhatsApp that service had to be requested.
On our last day, we lifted the bedding and found wads of hair that did not belong to us, which was unhygienic and unacceptable
Dining experience: food was inconsistent--sometimes overcooked and sometimes raw
No on-site manager.
Staff very young and eager but not supervised

Bon établissement avec un service de qualité, seul problème pour nous le dôme est bruyant avec la pluie et dans un pays tropical la pluie est quotidienne. Difficile de se reposer. Le dôme est à laver nous l’avons approché avec une veste et les dépôts végétal sont tachés le vêtement. Peu accessible au mobilité réduite.

Excellent domes with amenities of a 5star stay. Cordial staff and well maintained facilities. The chef makes delicious food and the bar has unique drinks.

We loved spending the night in a glam tent. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor shower. The restaurant and bar staff were so nice and made sure we had everything to make our stay great.

Perfect getaway location. Sits perfectly in the middle of multiple destinations. The place really feels like staying in the middle of the forest, but with all human comforts. Would definitely come back.

The staff at Palo Alto Glamping was absolutely amazing. I was welcomed with smiling face and warm hearts from the moment I checked in. The staff is extremely accommodating. The bartender Anthony makes the most amazing craft cocktails and provided excellent services. The concierge was able to assist with booking horseback riding and a private tour of a waterfall. The chocolate scrub and massage that I received was amazing as well. The domes were huge with comfy beds, great a/c, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom provided an amazing tropical experience while showering with the beautiful plants hanging over head. Last but not least the food was 5 star worthy. The chef makes the most amazing dishes that are extremely affordable.
