Pros:

Leuke ruime huisjes, waar je prima een paar dagen kunt vertoeven. Is het heel luxe? Dat niet, maar als je houdt van schoonheid door eenvoud dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Het personeel gaat werkelijk tot het uiterste voor je. En alles bij elkaar was het voor ons (gezin met volwassen kinderen) dus wel degelijk een vijf-sterren beleving.

Pros:

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans ces villas. Je recommande fortement. Bel emplacement pour regarder le coucher du soleil et il y a un food court pas loin qui propose de délicieux plat ainsi qu’un coco express juste à côté.
Le personnel est très accueillants et gentils. Le mie goreng est délicieux ! Ce fut un séjour très reposant. Merci encore !

Volstaat voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

De villa's liggen aan de strandweg, zijn ruim van opzet en hygienisch. Verder is het personeel zoals in de directe omgeving allemaal gastvrij en hulpvaardig. Dat laatste is dan ook niet uniek voor deze locatie.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was weinig gevarieerd en zou ik niet bijboeken. In de directe omgeving zijn uitstekende faciliteiten te vinden. Het zwembad van de villa was een pluspunt echter dreef er nogal wat zonnebrandolie op het water, dat zou wat aandacht verdienen. Verder is er nauwelijks tuin / zitruimte en was er geen uitzicht behalve de betonnen muren van de buitenruimte. Zelf zou ik bij een volgende keer een locatie selecteren die een prettigere buitenruimte heeft. Het regulier prijspeil voor deze locatie zou attractiever mogen.

Para mí la villa no estaba mal del todo, tanto el salón como la habitación y baño estaban bien . El hotel está situado en su sitio que no te puedes bañar porque tiene coral… en cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel realmente no tiene , tiene una terraza para desayunar pero da la impresión que está un poco abandonada. La podrían explotar mejor

Cons:

Hay algunas cosas que necesitan reparación. Por ejemplo una capa de pintura en la pared de la piscina no vendría mal

Beyond Our Expectations
Pros:

This place completely exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip!

The room was absolutely huge—it felt more like having our own private apartment than a hotel room. The best part was definitely the private pool. It was completely secluded, so we could truly relax and enjoy it in total privacy. It felt like our own little paradise.

We loved our stay so much that we decided to extend it, which says everything. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of variety every morning, and the view while having breakfast... simply breathtaking. It honestly felt like being in a movie.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

The Gili Islands left us with amazing memories, and this hotel played a huge part in making our stay so special. We would absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay on Gili Trawangan!

Genial. Trato y restaurante inmejorable.
Pros:

El trato del staff y el restaurante. La comida excelente y la comodidad de la habitación. Me ayudaron a decorar la habitación y una tarta para felicitar a mi pareja, y a conseguir todo lo necesario para el ocio en la isla.

Cons:

Nuestra piscina estaba rota y perdía agua. El equipo ofrecía llenarla pero apenas pudimos disfrutarlo.

Great location, staff where super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Was no plates, knife's and forks in the room. I understand that this places does not serve alcohol but would of loved a bottle opener to be supplied for our stay. Definitely needs a bigger fridge to be able to store drinks and groceries.
