Estadia muito agradável
Pros:

Camas confortáveis, instalações modernas, bem decorado. Água sempre quente.Funcionarios muito simpáticos. Localizado a poucos metros da estação. Com vários restaurantes perto. Pizzaria mesmo por baixo do hotel. Um rooftop muito agradável.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço com pouca fruta, reposição dos produtos muito lenta, principalmente dos ovos.

Overall a pleasant stay and great location
Pros:

* The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom facilities were modern and pleasant.
* The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortable throughout my stay.
* The terrace and rooftop bar were lovely spots to relax (although the rooftop bar closes early at 8 pm and there’s no service upstairs, which is a shame).
* The whole hotel has a modern feel, and the location is excellent — just a short distance from the train station, bus stops, and main routes, with restaurants and shops nearby.
* The biggest highlight was the duty manager, Alysia, who went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating, and even arranged airport transfers.
* There’s also a small drinks/snacks bar on site, though it would be helpful to have a menu and clear pricing.

Cons:

* Rooms are not soundproof which is disturbing in the middle of the night or early morning
* Housekeeping was inconsistent — on some days the room wasn’t fully equipped (missing towels, bins not emptied, and tea/coffee only replenished once during the whole week).
* Rooms are quite small with limited storage space for suitcases.
* Lighting is patchy, and there are no mirrors in the room, which felt inconvenient.
* Breakfast is quite limited and could be improved.
* The terrace would benefit from having chairs to sit and enjoy it.

Modernità in pieno centro
Pros:

Ottima posizione centrale, struttura nuova e super moderna, camere e bagno ampio, letto comodo e soffice con doppi cuscini, asciugamani morbidi e di ottima qualità. Bellissimo il roof top con vasca. Carina la sala colazione all'ultimo piano e la possibilità di colazione anche al pian terreno e nel piazzale antistante.

Cons:

Ascensore angusto, punti luce non ben pensati perché ci sono punti bui nella stanza come ingresso e proprio dove é posizionata la scrivania, assenza di un armadio tradizionale ma solo un'asta con stampelle ma soprattutto l'assenza di cassetti, in due per pochi giorni é possibile ma in tre o per più giorni sarebbe stato complicato. La mancanza di attività nel roof top che potrebbe essere maggiormente sfruttato per aperitivi, musica e serate invece alle 20:00 era tutto chiuso.
