Pros:

The property is located really near to the city center, the property was well equipped and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. We enjoyed our sray at the hotel overall.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to cobtact the staff during the weekend, there was no one at the reception and we only managed to contact them via the booking.com site. Otherwise, they were really friendly and helpful.

Good Location and Good Room, however, really old building and old features.
Pros:

The Staff, specially Antonio was very friendly and nothing to say. all good words and thanks for the everything from Antonio.

The location is very good and near several attractions and restaurants near by.

Cons:

From the reception to the rooms, you enter a really bad image of things. a very huge old elevator, old building and everything works with real keys to open the doors either for the room either for the building. additionally, after 4 pm there is one to support you in case that you need.

Accueil absolument parfait.
Pasquale est très sympathique, très professionnel et très réactif dans ses réponses. Antonio apporte la touche très Napolitaine à l'établissement.
La chambre est parfaite avec son sauna et une vue panoramique sur Naples. Le jacuzzi sur la gtande terrasse est absolument divin après une grande journée à découvrir les richesses de la région.
Le Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur Capri, le Vesuve et le Castel Nuovo vous met en appétit pour les visites.de la journée.

Cons:

Des petits détails à corriger pour un établissement 4 étoiles... Le ciel de pluie de la douche est à remplacer ainsi que le bouchon du jacuzzi.

The hotel was perfect for our stay - clean, comfortable, modern - and close to both the Ferry to Capri & the historic centre of Naples. The staff were wonderful and accommodating, and the panoramic rooftop views a stunning place for breakfast.
