Perfect!
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel en prachtige omgeving. Als je uit de drukte wilt zijn, maar wel met veel dingen in de buurt op een uurtje rijden zoals Pompeii, Napels (haven om naar Capri/Ischia/Prosida te gaan) Sorrento etc! Huur auto/auto wel aan te raden hiervoor. Puzzuoli is een super mooie stad met prachtige zonsondergang. Restaurants e.d in de buurt. Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Bedankt!

Esperienza positiva in un palazzo affascinante
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Avellino per una notte con la nostra famiglia di quattro persone. La villa è situata in un palazzo bellissimo, in una posizione invidiabile. Ci è stato assegnato l'appartamento numero 116, una sistemazione spaziosa dotata di cucina e un terrazzo-giardino. L'interno dell'appartamento era impeccabile: ristrutturato di recente e arredato con un design davvero bello e moderno. Un punto di forza assoluto è stata la colazione, servita in un bar situato nello stesso palazzo. Era davvero super e buonissima, un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata!

Cons:

Purtroppo i letti (sia il principale che il divano letto) non erano molto comodi, con materassi eccessivamente morbidi che non hanno favorito un riposo ottimale. Inoltre, abbiamo notato una certa umidità nell'ambiente, che si percepiva sui tessuti, sulle tende e sulla testiera del letto. Abbiamo cercato di arieggiare aprendo le persiane, e nonostante tutto siamo riusciti a dormire bene durante la notte.

Esperienza Negativissima

Cons:

All’inizio di dicembre ho prenotato per i genitori di mia moglie una stanza su un unico livello con vista giardino per le notti del 24 e 25 dicembre.
Al loro arrivo, il 24 dicembre, è stata invece assegnata una stanza su due livelli, con bagno e cucinino al piano inferiore e camera da letto su soppalco, collegata da scale ripide. A nostro avviso si trattava di una sistemazione non adeguata per persone anziane.
La situazione è stata immediatamente segnalata sia dagli ospiti sia da me. La struttura ha provato a verificare possibili alternative, ma ci è stato comunicato che era tutto pieno e che la stanza originariamente prenotata non era più disponibile. Ho ricontattato la reception anche all’1 di notte del 25, senza che fosse possibile trovare una soluzione diversa.
Considerata la data (notte di Natale), non ho potuto fare altro che lasciare i miei suoceri nella stanza assegnata.
La mattina del 25 dicembre mio suocero è caduto dalle scale. Fortunatamente non ha riportato fratture, ma ha accusato forti dolori alla schiena e al polso, rendendo necessario un controllo al pronto soccorso dove è rimasto circa 6 ore il giorno di Natale.
Ho informato la struttura e Booking. È stato proposto un voucher da 140 € e un cambio stanza, che tuttavia risultava anch’esso su due livelli.
Ritengo che la gestione della prenotazione e delle segnalazioni non sia stata adeguata rispetto alle esigenze comunicate. Per questo motivo, sulla base della mia esperienza, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura a chi viaggia in generale.

Breve troppo breve!!!
Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa gli arredi e la divisione degli spazi

Cons:

Essendo in un periodo di bassa stagione mi sarei aspettata una maggior cura nella pulizia .Penso che la struttura con quel arredo e quella cura nella disposizione degli spazi pretenda una manutenzione PIÙ CURATA.
I vani dei ventil li avete guardati? Sapete tutta quella muffa alzata dalla aria calda dove va?Poi non meravigliamoci se sentiamo rumori ai polmoni…I battiscopa pieni di polvere ,la muffa nella doccia e potrei continuare …
Bisogna trovare personale educato all’accoglienza e pagarlo ciò che merita nell’ altro verso della medaglia.

Nice location but not a fan of the studio room I had.
Pros:

I prefer the Pozzuoli area when I travel to Naples for work. Plenty of restaraunts and its nice to walk along Lungomare or the Port area. The location of the Villa Avellino is great for this.

Cons:

My room was a small studio on the back of the Property which I thought would be nice. It was on the small side but met my needs. But the room was very hot and the 'air conditioner' was more like a fan just blowing air. I had to keep the door open for about an hour after I returned for the night - there were no windows. The bathroom vent fan was super loud and there was a motion detector in the bathroom that was constantly clicking on and off - I think for a small ceiling mounted 'nightlite' but not sure since it did very little other than make noise. There is a small patio with a table/chair and a light beside the door for nighttime entry however there was another motion detector in the front of the room that turned everything off after some time. So returning to the room at night was in the dark until I opened the door and the motion detector turned on the outside light.
