Pros:

I booked online through expedia and once there was told it didn't show paid in the system. Had to pay again, more money than before because it was so late at night after a long day travel n i was just to tired to keep debating

Pros:

I was so disappointed. They seem offended that we booked through Expedia. They placed us in a room that the Airconditioner was not cooling, it was just the fan that was working. When we told them about it, they just looked at it and did not make any effort to get the AC working or place us in another room. For the six nights we stayed we slept in heat. In expedia the hotel package included breakfast, but they insisted that we did not pay for breakfast and refused offering us breakfast for the entire stay. The experience was terrible!
