Equipe impecável, ambiente limpo e acolhedor — uma estadia excelente, apenas com ressalva para a instabilidade da intern
Pros:

O atendimento é simplesmente maravilhoso. Todas as pessoas que trabalham aqui — porteiros, recepcionistas, gestores e administradores — são extremamente simpáticas, prestativas e sempre prontas a resolver qualquer problema ou necessidade especial. O espaço é mantido sempre muito limpo e organizado. A estadia foi verdadeiramente muito boa.

Cons:

O único ponto negativo é a internet, que é muito instável e com velocidade muito baixa. Há momentos em que é praticamente impossível fazer uma videochamada ou realizar qualquer tarefa online. Recomendo que os hóspedes adquiram um pacote de dados móveis para suprir essa necessidade durante a estadia.

Tuly Disappointed- Expected Much Based On Others Reviews
Pros:

The staff are all friendly and helpful. However, "help" in this context can be applied in telative terms. As they lack any real decision-making power they are unable to offer suitable solutions beyond the ubiquitous Nigerian phrase said by all "sorry sir/madam". In other words hard luck, your guess is as good as mine.

Cons:

When we entered our room it was absolutely boiling hot. Now bearing in mind they had contacted me to find out when I'd be arriving you'd assume they'd turn the air-conditioning in the room on to cool it. No, of course! The air-conditioning unit was extremely asthmatic, and took the full two days of my stay of being continuously on to finally cool the room (the staff had to be told not switch it off under any circumstances).

Breakfast was a complete bust. My booking came with complimentary breakfast. Their breakfast offerings to call them underwhelming, would be a massive understatement.

Complimentary breakfast on the first morning was:
Yam and egg sauce or
Noodles and eggs


Complimentary breakfast on the second morning was:
Puff, puff
Pancakes
Akara (Bean cakes)

I'm sure there will be many reading this who will think what am I complaining about? In my world this does not constitute breakfast.

Wonderful stay in Abuja
Pros:

This hotel was excellent. I had a very large clean room, breakfast was excellent, the staff were wonderful, the facility was wonderfully docorated with lovel artwork around the place. Food from the kitchen was always tasty and absolutely worth it. The location of the hotel was perfect on a quiet road and peaceful.
