Pros:

Well located hotel. Absolutely beautiful, helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel should improve its breakfast menu. Considering that guests come from various parts of the world, there should be a wider variety of food options, especially fruits. There also aren't many choices suitable for children.

Additionally, I did not enjoy the behavior of some guests by the pool. I believe the hotel should establish clear rules—especially regarding smoking—to ensure a more pleasant environment for everyone.

Cons:

The hotel refused the reservation, stating they were overbooked while the reservation has been accepted and confirmed by booking.com very bad , my wife needed to lose more than 3 hours to find a place to sleep in Owerri
