Très bon emplacement, à 10-15mn de l'aéroport, la chambre était très propre, une bonne kitchenette équipée de tout l'essentiel, personnel accueillant et gentil.

En bas de la chambre 330, y a une station service qui mettaient de la musique forte ce qui était assez gênant la nuit...
Nothing at all
I checked into this hotel the night before my wedding introduction, so I was really looking forward to a peaceful and pleasant stay before such an important milestone in my life. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing from the moment I arrived.
We were not welcomed when we entered the hotel, and the check-in process felt rushed and impersonal. The male staff member at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Instead of feeling excited and at ease before my special day, I left the front desk feeling hurt and unwelcome.
The night before a wedding introduction is supposed to be filled with happiness, excitement, and calm, but this experience left me feeling sad and let down. Hospitality is about making guests feel comfortable and appreciated, and sadly, that was completely missing during our arrival.
I sincerely hope the hotel takes customer service more seriously, because no guest—especially someone celebrating such a meaningful occasion—should have to begin their stay feeling so unwelcome and disappointed.
The decor is beautiful
Bathroom floods after a shower room 553
Staff were nice and helpful. Answered my requests promptly and got me a cab to the airport early in the morning. Accepted foreign card for payment.
Basic things like hand wash soap were missing in the bathroom and I had to call to get them. That’s too much friction for that price point imo.
I like the building the facilities also break fast it was topnotch
The room is fantastic only the noises by the church or mosque praying early in the the noise getting into my room only that piss me off

Accueil, propreté, calme, proximité avec les centres d'activités. Le bar était interessant le karaoke et tout le reste
The breakfast was good, good aircon too, generally comfortable room.
Hot water doesn’t automatically turn on when using, you need someone to come up to switch it on for you. Very weird attitude from female staff towards other women. Even when errors are made by them there’s little to no apology. It’s almost as if it’s paining them to serve other women as part of their job.
The hotel is very good, close to the airport and has an amazing system. The restaurant was great, the breakfast was awesome, with many options.

The breakfast was fresh. The selection was few.
The hotel is located in a secluded place and not near where you could find transport or shops.
It is very clean.
Very little beverages in the room and limited sit out area.

The room was clean and comfortable, with cosy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and, combined with the overall service, makes this great value for money. Would happily stay again.
