Pros:

I had a wonderful stay

I love the fact that the room is cozy, clean and neat. The staff members are friendly and warm. And the fact that the room had a microwave is a plus for me.

Great hotel stay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at GTA Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were all great and perfect for our stay.

Cons:

Housekeeping only left 1 towel in a room for 2 people, we called reception and they advised this would be fixed but we still did not receive an additional towel. We also had breakfast included in the price, however, this was only included for 1 of 2 people and it was expensive to pay for an additional breakfast.

My neck chain got missing in the room after clean up and the front desk were reluctant to help. I had to leave without it.
Also there was consistent power switch.

Pros:

Lots of options to choose from, food was good and staff were helpful. The dinning area was clean, organized.

Cons:

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious just like the pictures and the fridge was stocked. The hotel amenities was good just as listed on the website

The reservation was supposed to come with breakfast for my spouse and me, but only one of us was allowed to eat breakfast, even though our reservation was for two.

Cons:

The exchange rate discrepancy. I expect that any issue they have with the booking should be communicated to the guest via the booking agent (Booking.com) and not directly with the guest.

I will suggest this is neatly tied up in order to avoid unhealthy argument with guest.
