Maravilhosa, uma experiência que valeu muito a pena .
Pros:

Minha experiência foi ótima, os funcionários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos, sempre muito dispostos a ajudar , tirar duvidas. Localização excelente, pertinho do metrô , da praça, limpeza dos quartos sempre muito bem feita. Café da manhã excelente também . Sempre pedia ovos mexidos com tomate, uma delícia.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima, fizemos tudo apé e achei o bairro seguro, fora a vista pro parque que é linda. A cama muito confortável, chuveiro quentinho e o atendimento da Catalina deixou mais especial!

Excellent staff, location and view. Loved it!
Pros:

Location is awesome, simple 10 minute walk to an area of Santiago with really great restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the view is terrific from the top floor apartment. Esmeralda and Catalina on reception were the best! Super friendly, made us feel immediately at home, and very knowledgeable about the area. They really made our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

El servicio fue excelente, nos atendió Esmeralda y el trato fue excepcional. Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones para comer y conocer lugares. Super recomendado, todo perfecto y con una excelente localidad para visitar lugares y utilizar transporte público como el metro.

Adoro el BHB
Pros:

Es un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, con todas las comodidades. Por otra parte destaco que tanto la atención de Esmeralda ( bonita Esme) como de Catalina ( Cata chiquita) hacen que uno se sienta como en casa.

Cons:

No se trata de algo que no me gustó. Pero tratándose de un hotel tan bien organizado y con tanta vocación de servicio, me parece bueno pedirles que por favor instalen bidets ( dispositivos bidets para inodoros) simples de instalar, no requieren obra y agregarían un gran detalle al ya excelente servicio que ofrecen.

The outside of the property is a bit misleading because it looks like just another door on the street, but once inside it feels like a modern boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. They gave us good recommendations for the area and even helped coordinate our taxi back to the airport, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was good and offered enough variety to start the day.

The location was another highlight. It is within walking distance of Pionono Street, San Cristóbal Hill, the zoo, and even downtown Santiago. The area is always busy with people, restaurants, and activity, which made us feel comfortable walking around both during the day and in the evening.

Nothing, everything was positive.
