Fomos tão bem atendidos por todos os funcionários, muito solicitos José nos deu todas as dicas para conhecer na cidade. A limpeza excepcional, café da manhã maravilhoso. O hotel é tão cheiroso que compramos o Home spray para colocar em nossa casa. Aproveitem a estadia nesse Hotel espetacular.

Excellently located hotel right in the centre of Pucón. Staff are all lovely. Bathroom was perfect, with a good shower. Good breakfast and if you’re lucky (like me) your room will have a view of the volcano. Highly recommended.

A charming place to stay, central for everything in Pucón. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room with a great shower. A very nice continental breakfast is included in the price.
The only drawback we found was the difficulty parking nearby, which was largely due to our time of arrival. However, this did not spoil our enjoyment. We would happily stay again if visiting the area.

Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado próximo da avenida principal, do lago e da playa grande , da plaza das armas. O quarto é bem espaçoso, porém a limpeza deia desejar, o piso do chão é escuro, mas foi possível verifcar muitos cabelos, ao puxar o lençol da cama para dormir veio junto muitos fios de cabelos, fronhas descosturadas tendo uma aparência não muito agradavel.
A janela do quarto é bem grande o que deixa o quarto bem iluminado, as cortinas são pequenas e ficam frestas que logo cedo já está claro, pode ser um problema para quem gosta de quarto escuro para dormir.
O café da manhã é bem restrito, se quiser comer um pouco a mais é necessário pagar, e as pessoas que servem não são muito gentis, ao contrário do pessoal da recepção que são extremamente educados e procuram ajudar no que for preciso.
