The Hip Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to San Cristobal Park. It's directly connected to a great outdoor shopping and eating area where there are tons of choices food and drink-wise. The staff was friendly and the hotel was a great value. It's also a safe location.

The "Yellow Room" has a nice balcony so I suggest you try to get that one.

What an outstanding little hotel! Room was clean, spacious. Close to as many restaurants, bars, cafe as you want. Park is also close by. Metro stop just 5 minutes away walking. I will go back without any doubts.

Adorei o hotel, que também funciona como bar, mas acho que estava fechado. Fica dentro do Pátio Bella Vista, uma ótima localização, e o quarto é muito confortável. Uma das melhores camas em que já dormi.

He might be a little bit noisy before 11 but overall it’s great area and very lovely especially for young people. Love it

Breakfast was very simple, Omlette or scrambeld eggs with or without ham or cheese, Avocado, Bread (sometimes very dark), no butter, no marmelade no other choice. Coffee was good.
The hotel equipment should need an update, velour floors need intensive cleaning.

Aline was very kind, helpful & charismatic! Bellavista is a very lively area surrounded by restaurants and bars, however our room was quiet. Great service & breakfast.

Fun hotel with all you shopping and restaurants around. Rooms are amazing and they have heated toilet seats!

Amazing staff, clean and spacious room. Very well located. Only drawback is the noise. It is a Hip place to be, and with that comes noise. As long as you know what you paid for, I highly recommend!!

You are literally sleeping in a bar at this hotel. The thumping music from multiple bars went until 3am and started again at 9:30am. Rooms are nice, but that's pointless when the music is so loud you can't sleep. Stay somewhere else. This place is terrible.

This hotel is just that - Hip. The rooms are nicely decorated with state of the art technology and the fact that it is connected to a nightclub makes it ultra fun.

We arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in so asked if our room was ready, hoping that we would be able to check-in early. We were told that we were, but for a fee, and the fee was HALF the cost of a one night stay. That seemed absolutely ridiculous to us as it was only two hours before our check-in time and the room was obviously ready for us. We declined this and had them store our luggage instead, arriving hours later to check-in. This definitely soured the experience a bit for us.

If you are looking for privacy or are travelling with those you are not 100% comfortable with, this place is not for you. The bathroom has glass walls and even though there is a privacy shade that comes down, the door is still completely see through and offers a direct view into the shower. However, our absolute favourite part was the Japanese toilette - A ++.

They accommodated the fact that we were not able to enjoy the breakfast included with our stay (as we were out of the hotel before the breakfast time) by delivering a sufficient breakfast to our room. Due to a miscommunication between the hotel staff, we did not get this service one morning, but we did the second day.

Cool hotel, difference concept and location. Glad we stayed here.

I chose a nice room with a balcony.
The room was just like the picture but... MUSIC SO LOUD I COLDN’T SLEEP. There ir a night club playing loud music, VERY LOUD! Something that I cloud never imagine that cloud happen. The attendant said thy describe themselves as a hotel with night life. You should understand: you room is very noisy. I don’t recommend! Better stay in a place you can go to the night club and go sleep in a quite place whenever you want. Avoid this place. There are so many options.

Would highly recommend this hotel! We received a cocktail on the roof terrace on arrival.
The staff: so helpful, one man in particular went to every effort to ensure we felt comfortable and assisted in translations multiple times.
The hotel itself: beautiful. Decorated very very well. A nice rooftop balcony overlooking the bellavista patio.
The room: everything and more we could have imagined. A great size. SOOO many pillows. And cool quirky touches, such as the iPad which controls the whole room, such as temp,
Lights, the window screens coming down, music of your choice.
Note: you’d hope you’re comfortable with your travel partner by now, as the bathroom has glass walls, so you can see everything. They do have a screen which comes down for privacy, but it doesn’t cover much. We didn’t find this an issue though.
If you want to treat yourself, then do it!
