Until The end of July, there will be some construction noise from the ongoing projects around the property. After that, it will be completed and become a green and peaceful oasis again .This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

The villas were nice and clean, the staff was great
Unfortunately, the construction sites around are noticeably noisy during the weekdays.
Desafortunadamente, no hubo nada destacable durante nuestra estancia.

• La limpieza no cumplió con los estándares esperados.
• Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban.
• Las duchas no drenaban correctamente y el suministro de agua caliente era inconstante.
• No había utensilios ni facilidades para cocinar.
• Los productos del minibar eran cobrados aparte y a precios muy elevados.
• La ubicación no ofrece servicios cercanos como taxis o restaurantes, y las opciones internas son excesivamente caras.
• La insonorización es deficiente; el ruido exterior, incluyendo el de las mezquitas, dificultó descansar.
• Tuvimos cortes de agua durante la noche en dos ocasiones.
• La relación calidad-precio es extremadamente mala; no recomendaríamos la villa y no volveríamos a pagar esa tarifa

Everything was clean and well
kept. They do daily checks for the pool as well so that was definitely a big thumbs up because you know u’re in good hands. The service + staffs were very efficient and prompt with both their responses and actions. Honestly, absolutely no cons. Everything was spectacular. Thank you, Tia Villa for making my first trip to Lombok a beautiful & pleasant one.
Die private Villa hat einen wunderschönem Aussenbereich mit grossen Pool und grosszügigem Sitzbereich. Die Glasfront des Wohnzimmers im Erdgeschoss lässt sich komplett öffnen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal war super freundlich und über Whatsapp stets zu erreichen - alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Sowohl die Dusch- als auch Pooltücher wurden täglich ausgewechselt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, mit dem Roller ist man schnell im Zentrum & auch rasch ausserhalb der Stadt. Ein kleines und einfaches Spa (Dayang Spa 2) ist in 3 Minuten Gehdistanz und bietet tolle Massagen zu guten Preisen an. Ein kleine Wäscherei ist direkt nebenan.
Die Badezimmer sind schön und grosszügig, könnten jedoch etwas besser instand gehalten werden.
The villa was clean and in good condition
The pool was very dirty. We've looked at the neighbours pools at other Tias Villas and they were crystal clear. They started doing the cleaning during our stay, which took 2 out to finalise out of our 3 days of stay in total. In the first day we weren't even allowed to enter it. And even so, at the end, the pool was still green and dirty..
The staff offered scooter rental via 3rd party vendors and we've booked 2 scooters in the evening of our arrival (jan 6th). These were in the worst condition (no brakes in the front and very bad direction). We've highlighted this and promised to change them with others. In the morning we got decent ones which were fine. At the end, they've asked us to pay for 3 full days, even though we only had them for 2 full days. From 6th in the evening until 8th in the evening. And even so, the first night should not be even considered due to the technical issues.. very bad experience overall.
On top of everything, the compound's entry was in active pavement restoration, with 20 workers constantly buzzing around with mud, trucks and noise.

Very expensive with no real extras. Had to pay driver to get anywhere. Were told on arrival drinks and snacks in fridge were complimentary
The Villa and all the staff were fantastic, breakfast was really great, everything was completely faultless! So comfortable! Communication was easy with WhatsApp, we instantly got a reply. The staff efficiently found us the 2 motorbikes and a scooter we needed and we paid less than we'd been quoted direct to vendors online, Taxis were easy and better value through them too. The service was a real highlight, and the villa was perfect! Great stay 100% recommended! Will stay again in a breath!
There wasn't one thing we disliked.
The space, the pool, the location were all great. The design of the property has been really thought about and it’s very modern and new. Breakfast was also incredible.
There is some construction work going on around the villa but it’s not the fault of the villa.
The villa itself was beautiful with a great gym membership included. The pool was fantastic and the service was exceptional – the gardener was especially lovely. The decking and exterior aesthetics looked great in the photos.
The deck chairs were very uncomfortable and poor quality. More importantly, the decking is worn and really needs a good sand and fresh lacquer to restore it. Also, there's no TV in the place which would have been a nice addition.
the facilities in the room like the pool, bath tub, 2 shower caps, comfortable bed, spacious living room. love hearing the azan as well. i like the easy communication w the admin and fast response. i like the clean and aesthetic look as well. all the amenities in the villa in very well maintained and new. 5 stars!
sometimes the water turn off for a while, location 15-20 mins walk away shop/ food district.
