Beautifully designed boutique hotel
Pros:

The design of the exterior and interior is exquisite. Bathroom is very cool. Patio, jacuzzi area very private and beautiful. Kitchen nicely appointed. Just what you need. Very clean and modern

Cons:

The lighting is the real weakness. Interior lights at night are harsh overheads only, with no individual lights by the bed. No dimmers, no lamps. Im extra sensitive to lighting, so this was a problem for

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with my husband. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lovely green areas that create such a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was cleaned every day, and everything was spotless.

The furniture is thoughtfully arranged, making the space feel both comfortable and stylish. We especially appreciated the small kitchen — it was very convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel management is incredibly friendly and attentive. During our stay, my husband had a birthday, and the team helped me organize a surprise for him. Upon request, they beautifully decorated our room and even took care of arranging a cake and champagne. It was such a special and memorable experience for us.

Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back!

Kreativ gestaltete Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Balkone zu zwei Seiten & Whirlpool vorhanden. Besonders ist die Dusche mit einem Spalt, so dass man das Gefühl hat draußen zu duschen. Unkomplizierter Empfang durch Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe.

We enjoyed our quiet time and relaxed during our stay.
Pros:

I liked the privacy, hot tub, shower, and the kitchen area. It was nice that they provided coffee, sugar, and salt. Housekeeping kept the room clean and nice. The security guy, Will, was very nice. The grounds were very pretty and kept maintained.

Cons:

Choice of furniture as the livingroom chairs made the livingroom crowded. The bedroom bed frame was hard. Outside furniture could be more comfortable, too.

Well designed and clean rooms, organized hotel.

Cons:

Construction next to the hotel so early morning there was a lot of construction noise. It was all morning.
The hotel’s instagram page showed unobstructed views of the volcano but we had a massive tree blocking it. We had high expectations for it. We chose ot to celebrate my wife’s birthday because of the view.
The second floor had no night illumination leading to an accident. My wife fell and broke one of her toes due to lack of visibility of the steps leading to the chairs and tea table.
