Tranquil oasis in Fortuna
Pros:

Bauma is designed so beautifully. We loved the private hot tub in the garden that was so peaceful. And the added viewing deck is such a lovely added touch. It had a small kitchen that offered everything needed to prepare our morning breakfast. The shower open to the outside just along the edge was so cool! Very easy to get to restaurants and the tourist spots. We walked to breakfast at Red Frog Restaurant one morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay in La Fortuna.
Pros:

Excellent service from staff both before arrival and during stay. Very comfortable accommodation. Really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the hot tub. Excellent in-room coffee was much appreciated. Location was great. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful view of Arenal. Really enjoyed the stay.

Worth it! Lovely unique stay
Pros:

Gorgeous set up - really nice hideaway feel. Close enough to a local supermarket to get bits and pieces, and right across the road from a lovely coffee and chocolate tour. Very clean and tidy!

Cons:

The upstairs lounge area gets all the afternoon / evening sun and there isn’t any shade to protect from the heat.

Beautiful design and view, convenient location.
Pros:

Really innovative design and lovely interior/exterior. Located very close to town , the waterfall, etc. Great view of Arenal from the small patio on the back of each unit! We also saw a Toucan on the property - the only one we saw during our 2 weeks in CR!

Cons:

A little closer to town than I expected. Literally a quarter mile from the main road and a supermarket. Makes it very convenient, but I would have preferred to drive a little farther to get slightly more isolation. Also there is no common pool.and the entrance and exit is quite narrow for driving in and out. Felt about right for $300 a night, but not a great deal relative to other stays in CR.

Pros:

El apartamento es ideal: la decoración está muy cuidada y cada detalle está pensado. Las vistas al volcán son impresionantes, el jacuzzi es un plus maravilloso y además te arreglan la habitación todos los días. Tuvieron incluso el detalle de dejarnos una bolsita de café de cortesía.
Cuenta con aparcamiento y hay un guardia de seguridad vigilando en todo momento, lo que aporta mucha tranquilidad.

Cons:

Hay que coger el coche para llegar al centro, pero está a solo 5 minutos. Ver el volcán con el cielo despejado es cuestión de suerte; nosotros solo pudimos disfrutarlo un día de los tres. Aun así, merece muchísimo la pena sentarse en esa terracita, rodeado de naturaleza y con esas vistas increíbles.

The design of the exterior and interior is exquisite. Bathroom is very cool. Patio, jacuzzi area very private and beautiful. Kitchen nicely appointed. Just what you need. Very clean and modern

The lighting is the real weakness. Interior lights at night are harsh overheads only, with no individual lights by the bed. No dimmers, no lamps. Im extra sensitive to lighting, so this was a problem for
