Pool and location and room
Long corridor to walk through - no basic bar - just the night club open late
The most positive aspect of this hotel experience was the decision to leave early and find a safer, more suitable place to stay.
This hotel did not meet the expectations set by its advertisements. The lobby and hallways were poorly maintained, creating an unclean and unwelcoming atmosphere. The in-room televisions were non-functional, providing no reception for the duration of our stay, making them essentially just wall decorations.
To make matters worse, the hotel abruptly shut down all its amenities, including the restaurant and bar, leaving guests without essential services. The rooms themselves were extremely bare, lacking basic conveniences such as a refrigerator and a coffee maker. There were very few amenities overall, making the stay even more uncomfortable.
The most concerning issue, however, was the complete lack of security. I felt unsafe throughout my stay and was unable to sleep on the final night due to serious concerns about potential break-ins or theft.
Upon checking out, the hotel refused to issue a refund for the nights we did not stay, despite the deteriorating conditions. This experience was not only disappointing but felt like a deliberate misrepresentation. I strongly caution others against booking a stay at this establishment.

The room did not smell great initially and I had to ask the room to be cleaned which they did.
While I was staying here there was a good bit of remodeling and renovations that were in process. WHEN they are finished it is going to be superb. Weekdays/nights are calm, but the weekends are definitely a party destination. Not a place to stay if you typically go to bed early and are in the habit of telling the neighbor kids to "Stay off the lawn".
The construction/renovations were a bit inconvenient.

The pool was nice and the place was clean . Location right on the main strip of things within walking distance.
There was music played by the dj outside the rooms from 8/9 pm until 2 am and the people were outside partying until 4/5 am. Wasn't too packed but extremely noisy. The room also didn't even have a mini fridge or any microwave to heat anything up so we couldn't really keep much food in the room. There is no door to the shower since the design is open air so it was quite cold and no privacy. I understand it's a no kids allowed place, but it would be nice to shower without everyone else in your room seeing you naked.

My stay was for three days. The facility had everything needed, rooms were large, clean, and plenty of space. Also, outside bar at night next to the pool with the Disco adjacent to the lounge area. And the location is perfect...located in the middle of Jaco, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, activities. And it's clear Management is putting money into the facility to make it better and more accommodating for guests!!! 5 star rating and highly recommended.
