Good for arriving and departing at San Jose airport
Pros:

Excellent location for the airport , efficient shuttle at all times.

Cons:

The personnel at front desk was unhelpful. They were clearly not that interested in helping us. I was also very disappointed of the lack of support with a delivery I was expecting. I sent a message 10days in advance of our stay telling the hotel to expect it, and received a confirmation not to worry. When we arrived, not only did no one knew about a package being expected, but the package had not arrived. When we insisted, the receptionist found that the package had arrived to San Jose and it seemed that they’d be dispatched twice before being sent back to the sender. At no time did the hotel staff feel they should have done more to help. They should have noticed the package not arrived and told us at the very least rather than us finding it out too late before returning back to our country. They should have cared about it when we arrived and discovered the situation.
The other thing that was unhelpful was the shuttle planning. We had to insist to ask how it works instead of being proactively asked whether we needed it and at what time. Not what we expected from a Hilton experience.

Ideal si tienes que coger un vuelo pronto
Pros:

Ubicación ideal para traslado al aeropuerto.
Pese a que teníamos que estar en el aeropuerto a las 3am, nos prepararon desayuno para llevar.
Tiene acceso directo al Centro Comercial

Cons:

La piscina, al estar en la planta 4ª hacía mucho aire.

molt bona opció aprop de l’aeroport
Pros:

Personal molt amable i transport gratis al aeroport les 24h. El nostre vol sortia a les 4am i com no podiem utilitzar el servei d’esmorzar, ens van preparar una capsa de picnic, s’agraeixen aquestes atencions. Habitació molt neta i nova. Piscina agradable. Te acces directe a un centre comercial enorme.

Els allotjavem 4 persones a l’habitació en 2 llits queen i eren una mica estrets

Heerlijk comfort, fantastische service, perfecte ligging
Pros:

De locatie is perfect op 5 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld. Het hotel regelt een shuttle. Ideaal dus om de nacht voordat je moet vliegen te verblijven. Het ligt ook aan de City Mall, waar je heel veel eettentjes hebt. Of waar je nog even kunt shoppen als je daar zin in hebt. Het personeel is zeer sevice gericht.

Cons:

Het is een westers hotel, je moet hier niet boeken voor de ‘costa ricaanse’ sfeer. Het is zakelijk en gelegen aan de snelweg.

Problème d’insonorisation.
Pros:

L’emplacement, juste à côté de l’aéroport

Cons:

Le bruit dans les chambres, cet hôtel a un gros problèmes d’insonorisation (10ème étage à éviter selon la réception)
Restaurant pour dîner très chers pour une qualité médiocre.
