The property was very close to the airport and convenient for our late arrival and early departure (we stayed here twice on our trip). The staff was wonderful - with particular kudos to Amanda at the front desk and the entire dining room staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not luxurious. The restaurant food and breakfast buffet were both good and superior to other chain hotels we’ve stayed at in the same price point. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - hot foods, pancakes, a variety of breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt, scrambled eggs and made to order omelets.
A big perk was finding out we could drop off our rental car at the hotel and just take the shuttle to the airport. Our thanks to Cristina at Enterprise for her help on that.
Overall, a great start and finish to our Costa Rican trip.
The bedding was a little thin (but still adequate). Otherwise, nothing!

Wir haben das Hotel für unsere letzte Nacht in CR gebucht. Da wir um 5:30 am Flughafen sein mussten, war die Lage und der Shuttle-Service für uns perfekt.
Lage zur Mall war auch gut, da das Wetter an dem Tag zu schlecht für den Pool war.
Auto musste weggefahren werden, während wir unsere Koffer auf das Zimmer gebracht haben.
Location was fine
I've been here 2xs and both times I've had issues at the restaurant. Previous time was not food quality related but this time it was. The meat on the Philly must have been pre cooked and then reheated as it was like eating beef jersey with a bad taste.

La ubicación excelente para estar cerca del aeropuerto. Además al lago del mall para salir a cenar o comprar regalitos de última hora.
Cama pequeña, bar de la piscina cierra muy temprano. el servicio al desayuno aunque es bufet, es lento .
Uns hat besonders gut gefallen der reibungslose Ablauf sowie Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Wir wurden direkt am Flughafeneingang von einem Shuttle abgeholt und bei der Abreise morgens auch wieder an den Flughafen zurück gebracht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab 2 kostenlose Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super - ausgewogen, frische Früchte, Pancakes etc. Insgesamt kann der Aufenthalt empfohlen werden, insbesondere bei späten An- oder frühen Abreisen in San José!
Die Tür zum Gang raus war lediglich recht hellhörig, sodass man abends andere Gäste auf den Gängen gehört hat.
