Location and helpful staff.

Cons:

Just a phew notes. Some stains in the bathroom and the night tables have sharp edges. I slightly cut my leg with one of the night tables sharp edges so, for you to avoid any issues with future guests, you could check that.

The fire alarm went off at 4:00 am. No announcements were given, we ran down the stairs from the 5th floor and went to the front desk. We asked the male attendant if there was a fire in the building as there was no sign of fire trucks outside, his response was go back to your room every thing is under control. We then asked him why did he not make an announcement to which he replied go back to your room.
We had booked the shuttle to take us to the airport for 6:30 the night before as the shuttle we were told goes to the airport every half hour. At 6:20 my wife saw people going to the shuttle so she went to the front desk to enquire if the shuttle was still leaving at 6:30 the front desk told her that the shuttle was leaving now, then the lady from the front desk came to me where I just got my breakfast and told me that I had to leave right away, I said that it was not 6:30 and I just got my breakfast, she replied then you will have to wait until 7:00 this was not an option for me as my flight was at 8:25 and I was taking the earlier shuttle because breakfast begins at 6:00.
I am not sure that I will ever stay at that hotel again. And if I did not pay in advance I don’t think I would have paid them.

The staff wasnt nice
The shampoo and conditioner were empty i asked to change it the room service brought only shampoo
I paid too ich for this property and i think it wasnt worth it at all!

Le seul avantage est la localisation

C’est propre de l’aéroport et du Mall

Cons:

Navette en retard, lits très petits (doubles pas de queen), piscine froide et qui manque d’eau, pas de serviette pour la piscine, personnel à l’air bête, 2 serviettes seulement pour une chambre de 4, gym très de base.

Das Zimmer war gut und die Lage zum Flughafen optimal. Es gibt einen Flughafenshuttle.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte keine gute Qualität. Es dauerte sehr lange, bis etwas nachgelegt wurde. Die Auswahl war nicht, wie sonst bei Hilton, vielfältig. 9.45 Uhr wurde eingeräumt
