Pros:

The shuttle to the airport is very reliable.

Cons:

The room was very cold , A/C was down to 18 degrees Celsius likening the fridge. I did try to change but not only went up to 21 degrees Celsius. The floor is like marble, all is very cold. Not comfortable. In the morning I asked for someone to change the temperature, but it took a while before a person fixed the problem. I asked for a late check out, but it was impossible. I will not go back there.

Me estafaron! Me pidieron la tarjeta de crédito como garantía y me cobraron nuevamente cuando ya había pagado por booking. Me di cuenta y se lo dije antes de remirarme (por me salió el consumo en la tarjeta sin la identificación ) y me lo negaron. Hice el reclamo y no me contestan . Son estafadores

Great hotel
Pros:

Clean, good breakfast, accessible room, great location. Airport access, mall, restaurants, casino. Probably our number one in the area

Cons:

The carpet in the hall is a bit thick. Tough for rolling luggage. The sink is a bit far from the front, tough for a wheelchair user.

“I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

“The breakfast was very basic. The selection was very limited, and the coffee didn’t taste good either. It was close to the airport.
The room was dirty, the bed linen was wrinkled and seemed used. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm and the air conditioning was noisy. The tap water in the shower barely ran and was only lukewarm. Breakfast was quite poor

Pros:

The room was extremely comfy and clean. The location was good. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

We were looking forward to staying here again on our return trip, however we received an email to say the hotel was overbooked and they could not honor our reservation. This seems extremely unfair when we had already booked and caused lots of stress.
